I like to come back to this lecture every now and then. It's amazing how we seem to neglect this issue of riyaa as time passes by. May Allaah forgive us and have mercy on us.
Also, brother, could u advice me on how i can advice another person who wants to return to the true islam. Like, what should i begin with? Halaal and haraam? Aqeedah? Shirk? What would make it easier for the person to grasp first
AQEEDAH. They need to know who Allaah is.

SobhannAllah,I'm an Egyptian. As a kid, I always had a gut-feeling that swearing by the nabi was haram, so I never did. If you would swear by Allah, then how can you then swear by his prophet? Does that imply that they're equal in status? It just felt so inherently wrong and alhamdulilah I was right.
May Allah guide us all in sha Allah, such a great speech.

I have a question reagarding the niya:
If I had the intention in the past, that I want to do this good deed "to get to paradise" or " that Allah grant me paradise" is the niya still sound?
Isn't the 13 rakaat ahadith by Ayisha R.A referring to Tahajjud since it's also mentioned that the prophet SWA prayed in 4 rakats which isnt the case in Taraweeh.
Correct me if I'm wrong
Brother do you still on this opinion that we have to pray 11,or 13? Did anywhere strickted to this numbers? Hadith? Quran?

Very sorry for the late reply. Yes, it is not permissible for you to hang things like that. Even if it just as a decoration and you don't believe there is any form of blessing in it. You decorate your house with your duas and your dhikr of Allah. Not by hanging such verses or anything of the sort on your walls. It's an inappropriate way of treating the Qur'an.
