This is old but I think the bassline is sequenced by WMD arpitecht here.
For drums it's a combination between the TR-8S drum machine, beatstep pro, Dnipro dot and mutable instruments grids.. or just a few of them.. hard to see 😊

This rack is a modular synthesizer, in eurorack format.
You get an empty case first, then you put the modules you need/like in it.
They can be synthesizers, filters, sequencers, effects or just crucial utilities to control voltage modulations.
So it's different from a pre-assembled synthesizer, because you build your own and choose how the modules interact, using 3.5" cables.
That explains the "spaghetti dish" look 😉 .

I think it's a simple square wave with enveloppe on the filter. Maybe Tiptop Buchla 258t at that time, and Doepfer Wasp filter
