  • Today we give you the recipe to make a delicious strawberry ice cream at any time of the year. An easy recipe to make, economical and homemade with our own ingredients.
    The good thing about this recipe is that you can substitute your favorite jam and make, for example, blueberry or raspberry or even peach ice cream.
    Ingredients: for 1 liter of ice cream
    • 400 ml - 14 oz condensed milk
    • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
    • 600 ml or 2 and 1/4 cup of liquid cream or cold milk cream
    • 325 gr - 1 cup (or more to taste) strawberry jam
    Preparation:
    • In a large bowl, pour the condensed milk and the extract, the jam and (optional) liqueur - stir, do not beat, until completely mixed.
    • In another bowl, beat the cold cream or milk until whipped or whipped.
    • Pour the chantilly or whipped cream in parts into the bowl of condensed milk and mix with a spatula, wrapping it gently. We want to lose as little of the cream volume as possible.
    • Once completely wrapped, transfer the mixture to a container (preferably metal), smooth it, and place a plastic film on top and put it in the freezer for 4 to 6 hours.
    • Take out a few minutes before serving
