I had the fortune to meet John Schneider at Laguna Seca Raceway (Monterey County, CA) back in the late 80s while working as a sheriff explorer cadet. He drove up to a controlled intersection in a classic car (a Shelby Cobra, if I recall correctly) and was extremely friendly and down-to-earth. We were not allowed to ask celebrities for their autograph, but on his return, he stopped, talked to us, and offered his autograph before leaving. I preserve it to this day. I only wish cell phones had been around then to take a photograph. He's a good man!

I enjoyed watching that show on TV.........I would like to see it stay on TV cause it was good clean family entertainment. Need more shows like that these days!!!

The thyme song was oh so dam good and Rosco's famouse line oh you dip stick always stuck with me. I always ate stove top popcorn and ice cold cream soda. I even miss our old wooden t.v on 4 wooden legs with top of the line built in sterio sound system made by RCA. Oh God i miss those good old days, and Daisy Dukes short shorts sure put me in heaven!!!!! WOW what a show that was and my second favourite tv show would have to be C.H.I.P.S!!!!!🤪🤪🤪👍👍

The guilt of me vs Dad knows👉 I slipped up one time and said what you talking about Willis. Then you had a rumor in my culture. That if I kept beating my meat to Daisy Duke I was gonna grow hair on palm of waking ✋hand. So I kind of switched to I dream of Jeannie. In my head I was chilling with Jeannie in that bottle instead of being in school everyday of the week. Who else gonna keep it real and say that's my story to. Come on now

John brought the Road Runner to Worlds Of Fun in Kansas City and I took it for a spin and John said that I and the car were made for each other. Sweetest car I've ever driven! John was a real hoot and I gave him my very expensive watch as a friend gift... and for driving the car. I hope that he still has the watch.
What a great version of this song, it is great that Tom and Catherine were part of this song. John recorded this song again in 2018 but missing Tom and Catherine, it sounded good, but it was missing the rest of the cast of the tv show
My favorite tv show. Every Friday night we had popcorn and Pepsi and watched this along with Dallas with my mom until my dad got home. It was our family time with her. Treasured memories I will never forget.

That John Schneider thought to include Katherine Bach in there version of the classic theme song. John and Katherine have always been close friends.
