This is what Xbox needs to deliver with their next controller. Gyro feature is long time pending, and it makes precise aiming so much better on consoles.
The ABK leaks do specify an "accelerometer" in the new upgraded Xbox controller coming this fall. What exactly that means I don't know but you would think it should mean gyro support. Of course the controller having it also doesn't mean any games will support it right away but we can hope.
I got it today and tested it with Forza 5, Robocop, and Emulators. I dare say it’s the most comfortable, precise, and smooth controller I’ve used yet. I think the easiest method to notice the sync motion is (turning left and fast real quick with the controller, like a flopping fish and seeing if it desyncs. As a Splatoon player, I don't enjoy this because the triggers aren't as sensitive as the Switch Pro controller, so if you're using brush, rollers, catsup bottle... you aren't able to thunder finger that trigger to get max damage. A solution I found (besides using my switch pro controller with the broken stick) is to map the trigger to the back paddle and have the trigger be turbo button, the problem with that is those back paddles are uncomfortable as hell. If the paddles were where the digital trigger things are (which also do nothing to help, thunder fingering just doesn't register, you have to press down and let it go back up to register as not-holding) then yeah sure, but as-is, it's uncomfortable. I guess I'll rely more on shooters.

Just ordered one of these and had a quick question for @ThePhawx regarding the dongle range. Did you have it connected to a USB 3 port or a USB 2 port? Was wondering if there was any possible 2.4GHz interference from the USB 3 port causing the limited range, or if the range was just that bad.
Could also try putting the receiver on a USB A male to A female cable to get it away from the actual port on the computer. I have had to do this with serveral Logitech receivers.

Regarding your caveat with the receiver, were you using a usb 2.0 hub/port? USB 3.0 causes a lot of intereference. I had a similar issue with my 8BitDo ultimates, switching to 2.0 completely resolved all my connectivity issues, my range was easily doubled.
Thank you, this is interesting. I always seek out native USB 2.0 functionality on motherboards of late. I'm with an X570S currently and my case (from 2022) has two USB 2.0 at the front even, I'm wondering whether this might solve some issues regarding the complaints I've seen about the HD rumble. It's not as simple as one thinks to just plug certain HIDs into USB 3.0 and as far as I've seen certain adapters and wot not don't work with older devices. I have too many antiques to keep to ditch 2.0 yet! I'll check it out when mine arrives. edit: if using USB 2.0 is required to get the controller to work optimally, then that might be a bit of an oversight by Gulikit. It's not particularly a desired feature in newer systems.

cual tiene mayor calidad de construccion entre el kk3 y el pro controller de nintendo ?.
Hi does this work for playing steam on macbook ?
My laptop only recognizes the controller as a pro (switch) controller. When i put the dongle that came with it in the laptop, it wont switch to the pc icon. It stays on switch. Any advice? This is my 2nd controller, first one i had to return that died after i updated the firmware from the gulikit site..
Can you use Amiibos?
Can you use the dongle on the switch?
It's not particularly a desired feature in newer systems.
does the hyperlink adapter work on switch dock?
Can you use 2 King Kong controllers with 1 USB receiver on your PC?

I just unboxed mine and it will not connect to dongle or let me switch modes at all. I actually can't use the controller. So stoked.
So... u can't connect the controller using the dongle connection, and benefit of gyro and other stuff?
on PC that kinda applies to every controller because of x input
Does anyone know if this would work with an Xbox Series X/S using something like the Wingman XB2?
Does the perfectly circular analog stick output cause any glaring issues besides in ppsspp? Is there any way to have it be more squareish globally?
Can you tell me what ppsspp is? 😅
latest ppsspp has a option to fix this unless it got rolled back recently
Wait can i not connect this to oc via bluetooth without the dongle?
I have rhe kk2 , should i upgrade to this or it's not much of a difference?
Better latency
does gyro work on pc/steam deck?
will it work with Brook Wingman XB 2 on xbox?
Like the Zen Pro, but this seems like a nice upgrade with the buttons and paddles. Need a set of playstation buttons and its the perfect emulator controller
Can anyone tell me if the Gulikit kk3 Max controller works on PS4 with the Goku adapter with a good polling rate for competitive games?
