I have a Worx that I bought because I live in a condo. My car is 200 feet from my front door and I can also use it to wash my windows and balcony. It's a very handy tool
im not sure what everyones pressure is at home, but I can't wash off the stains from my concrete pad in my yard with the a garden hose. the ryobi can clean it off. it takes a bit of time but it does works.
Are the quick connects compatible between Worx & Ryobi?
@@YourCouchsucks you can easily remove the ryobi connector and put a quick connect on it. Dunno about the worx
I disagree that a water hose is better than a power washer. I live in a town that has low water pressure. So a power washer is definitely better than a garden hose.
Had the worx since it’s launch. Battery charger went first so upgraded that to the larger oem unit (the one supplied is cheap but also available separately) then the 20v 2ah battery natural life died. I tried to replace the cells (they’re quality Samsung cells)but ultimately bought an aftermarket 3ah.
Seal’s are next. I’m just swapping them from other accessories I don’t use but they’ve lasted exceptionally well even with water temperatures not recommended for far more expensive units.
I would’ve expected the main unit to die years ago but it’s still going strong even with the magnet hack to remove the extension that activates the highest pressure.
I initially bought it to use after mtb rides when it’s just me and i put the bike in the boot/tunk instead of using a bike rack but it’s extended it’s uses to so many other areas, even to places where I could use a connected power washer… it’s definitely exceeded the longevity that this brand is generally perceived to have. The cut price point is in areas that can be user replaced long after the warranty has gone!
I’m very happy with the purchase i made so many years ago now.
