There is one big difference with others trap characters and him. He dont like being trap. Astolfo and Chihiro Fujisaki are fine with looking like a girl. Nagiso feels nervous with being a girl. And that understandable with knowing that his mother abusive way making him look like a girl, because she always wanted a daughter. And also he is an assassin comparable to agent 47.
