I find the smoke patterns from incense so peaceful and calming, so I created these videos for either watching when you want to chill out, playing on the background when you are doing other things, for meditating to, or anything else you find helpful. When is your favorite time to watch them? It can also be used as a 35 minute Pomodoro timer. When the video is done, you get a break! Then play it again for the next round. #pomodoro
Also helpful for people who are neurodivergent or have ADHD. #neurodivergent
This video is 36 minutes long, was filmed in my art studio in Dumbo, Brooklyn, and if you watch the whole thing the smoke goes through lots of interesting and beautiful patterns.
