Where was the foul committed by sanjay he did not pocketed the striker..?? why did nishanta placed a coin around the centre i see no foul there nor there was double due neither the striker went in to the pocket

At 30:05,sanjay should have taken out black instead of white,so he can get white through hands.That game was turning point.
I didn't think of that move while i was playing. but it would have been a good move.
