In this video I did 4 burgers on the Weber Go Anywhere charcoal grill.
I did around 3-4minutes on each side then another 4minutes on the indirect side till it reached 135-140F internal.

how does your charcoal get so hot? mine doesn't keep flames like yours
Nice looking burger. The Weber go anywhere seems to be a very versatile grill. I know that your neighbors are jealous smelling all the great things coming from your grill. Even when it's snowing. Just awesome as always.
Thank you! Yes the smells goes very far away, probably my neighbors going crazy every time as you say. Very versatile grill, I use around 25 briquettes, gets super hot with with little fuel, perfect for me and my wife on fast cooks. No point for me to fire up the 22 and waste all the fuel on I can do all that with just 1/4 of charchoal. For big cooks and low and slow, kettle 22 is absolutely amazing.
Can I place the GA over a plastic table? I noticed you did it over the table of the big kettle but I don't own one so i'm scared to burn my plastic table
I use a metal table made out of aluminum from wallmart it was like 17$ works great. I won't do it over the plastic

Love the GA grill. I like the bottom vents configuration. I boticed tou keot yours close the whole time. I run it all wide open too and bottom for burgers

Salut. Nu am incercat reverse sear cu mici, dar am făcut cu burgeri și au ieșit bine. Mici se fac foarte repede și cred că cel mai bine ar fi direct peste foc și întorși des. Dar o sa dau o încercare și reverse sear sa vedem ce iese.

@@romanianredneckbbqi made these burgers last night and were spectacular. Great simple combo. Only things i did different was pickled the onion for about 1 hour and only used bbq sauce. 👌
