Wurlitzer Jukebox CD Kit by Sound Leisure

For those in need of a replacement for their Wurlitzer CD mechanism due to the original Phillips CD players no longer being available. The Sound Leisure Kit contains a commercial grade CD player enclosed in the "sledge" component allowing it to replace the original : CMD3 / CDM4 or CDM12 models from the original Wurlitzer Jukeboxes.

If they replaced the CDM12, they're just talking to the main computer the same way Philips did but translating that to another servo/DSP chip like ones from Sanyo. They seem to be using a SANYO DA11 light pen so the only limitation to install this on another machine would be the mechanical aspect.

This kit can be used to replace the Philips CDM3, CDM4, or CDM12 CD players which were commonly used in Wurlitzer Classic Jukeboxes manufactured between 1990 and 2014 when Wurlitzer ceased production.

We do our own Vinyl playing jukeboxes (7" and 12" players) but currently dont offer a replacement vinyl mechanism for a wurlitzer jukebox.

@@SoundLeisureLtd I've heard of 12" jukeboxes. What about someone coming up with a jukebox that plays all sizes and speeds of vinyl records
