5am morning routine (detailed, productive, non-aesthetic) 🥱 Joelle

I show a lot of my more fun weekends, but here's a detailed look at what my mornings look like on a day to day basis! without this routine, juggling health, personal relationships, content creation, and full time work is nearly impossible, so it took a while to find a routine that works for me. I also want to flag that I'm not trying to glamorize hustle culture or overworking here lol I truly just am a morning person and need this time for myself. I also try to go to bed close to 10pm every night to wake up this early.
