- My Cartier LOVE Ring Comparison video! In this video, I compare the Cartier LOVE ring and the Cartier LOVE Wedding band. I show the differences between both rings. The rings are in 18 ct white gold. I talk about their widths, thicknesses, prices, number of screws and their spacing, engraving differences as well as the inside of the rings. I also touch upon styling differences and stacking options!! All this is accompanied by close up views of both rings. If you are looking for an easily stackable versatile ring, the LOVE Wedding Band is the way to go. Have both of them and I stack them, actualy I never take them off. They are part of me for 6 years now. They don't stack perfectly but they look nice together if they are the same size

I love Love rings,bracelets too, between the two I prefer the thicker one but I think they make one even thicker.

I see you bought a size 49 in the cartier wedding band. It is beautiful. What ring size are you in US? Wondering about sizing for this?... runs big/small? Recommend sizing up or down in Cartier love ring?
In US, I'm about a 4 and 3/4. With Cartier LOVE, I recommend sizing up since it is a wider ring, so in that sense it runs more on the smaller side. For example, I have thinner rings I wear on the same finger and they are a slightly smaller size. They are size 4 and 1/2 instead of 4 and 3/4. I hope that helps! Thank you for watching!

Glad you enjoyed it! The Cartier sizing guide is pretty accurate from experience. If it helps my Cartier LOVE wedding band is a size 49 and I'm a US 4 3/4 and it fits perfectly so the 50 should fit you! I think they offer exchanges if it doesn't fit right!

How does your 49 wedding band fit in winter vs summer?
It fits perfectly at all times during the winter! On more humid days in the summer it can get a little bit more snug but not to the point where it hurts or anything. I hope this helps!! 😌

Just wondering if you take it off whenever you wash hands or use a hand sanitizer.. that's actually my next purchase 😅 My yellow gold has been holding up pretty well, I was doing my research about white gold having rhodium so not suitable on alcohol or sanitizer..

Hey there! I actually wear my ring all the time! I only take it off at the gym. So I wash my hands and use hand sanitizer while wearing the ring and it has held up very well! Apart from a couple of hairline scratches, my ring is in excellent condition. Mine is not rhodium plated though since it does not have diamonds. If I’m not mistaken, the rings are rhodium plated if they contain diamonds! I hope that helps! 😊

I’m around a 6 - 6.5 usually so size 54 for the Cartier LOVE ring in the original size. I hope that helps!
I believe that Cartier’s online boutique does allow you to exchange though if ever the ring doesn’t fit!

I used a string and ruler to measure my finger's circumference but that is giving me a size 55 - which doesnt seem right as I have small hands and my fingers are a similar size to yours (just by looking at them). @@DonnaIsabella I mean in the US chart. I am size US 6 for my middle finger and I was strangely sized to a size 55 for a Love Ring. It's 1 and 1/4 (7 1/4 ) sizes bigger than my reg size. Some people mentioned that for the Love wedding ring, I was supposed to go only 1 size up. (from 52 to 53). So confused with their sizes

No. The wedding band on my wedding finger is size 49. The love ring on my middle finger is size 54 (size 53 could also be a good size for that finger). The size difference is mainly due to my knuckle on my middle finger that is much bigger. A size 49 wouldn't fit. It's always better to try it at the store, since nobody has the same finger shape and size. If not possible, Cartier has great customer service in order to exchange the ring after buying it online. Does the ring scratch easily?
I would't say it scratches easily, but it shows when there are scratches because of the grey color and the flat surface of the ring.

Why the white gold look so grey?
Hello! The white gold on most Cartier pieces (that don't carry diamonds) is in its original state, meaning there is no Rhodium plating. This is the true color of white gold. Hope it helps 😊
My hubby is getting me the love wedding band for my birthday but I am having trouble deciding on a size. the finger I want to wear it on is a US 6.. but I am afraid that a 52 will be too small.. should I go up to the 53 so it won't be tight? I don't mind if it's a little lose as long as it doesn't fall off of my finger
Cartier recommends to size up if you're hesitating between sizes. But I'm a size 4 3/4 on the finger I wear mine and my Cartier love wedding band is a 49 so the sizing guide is accurate. Also, I believe they offer exchanges if the size isn't correct but double check that to make sure! Hope this helps :)

You should check with Cartier, but I doubt they will resize it. If they do or any jeweler do it, I'm afraid the space between the screws (or rivets) won't be equal anymore. If you plan on never selling the ring and it doesn't bother you, that's an option. Otherwise, I don't recommend it!
The second option, would be to add a couple of gold balls on the inside of the ring. That way, it would have a better fit without ruining the whole ring.
The last option would but to sell the ring and take a little loss unfortunately. Then save a little and buy again that beautiful ring with the right size.
