    Enric's comments in English:
    Tactical automation by Pep Guardiola
Resources to optimize the task (opposition, sequences, interventions)
    0:07
Task operation explanation with groups structured by system (1-3-4-3 diamond)
    0:22
Passive opposition in ball out (3 placed in 2-1)
    0:53
Find 6 as a third man when they close inside
Importance of the 8s as 2nd man who [sets/lays the ball off]
    1:18
Find the 8 as the third man if it is on the same axis as the central possessor.
Importance of 10 and 9 as 2nd man who [sets/lays the ball off] offering diagonal pass line.
    1:34
Find the 8 as the third man if it is on the same axis as the central possessor.
Importance of the [wingbacks] as 2nd man playing outside-inside.
    1:50
Correction with impact on the 2 groups
    Correction group 1 = anticipation group 2
    2:56
Opposition [mannequins] to attack intervals and overcome defensive line.
For real distance intervals, put more [mannequins] than actual defensive line components.
    3:20 --------- Chart -------
    Management of sequences and interventions
    2 working groups
    Group that intervenes
    Return / wait group
    Intervention time (group 1)
little more at time of return / relocation (group 2) minimizing sparse times (without delays)
DYNAMISM AND CONTINUITY OF THE TASK
Maximize performance of each coach intervention
Any correction on the group that intervenes has impact and utility on the group that returns / spara. Importance of the inactive group attending / observing the active group. They live similar contexts continuously.
Correcting the act to one group means anticipating situations to the other.
The structure of the context is repeated, so that the correction of the coach is lived immediately (greater impact)
The player / group lives immediately the correction that has been made to him and the one that has been done to the other
    4:06
Introduction of active opposition in ball output with variability in behavior
    (2 closing in / wide / adjusting 1-1 / not allowed to fix / split + dissuade)
    5:00 --------- Chart --------
Opposition management (type + area / situation)
    Opposition with [mannequins] (references)
STATIC positional references (no adjustments) to attack intervals, assess distances and heights, separate from markers, etc.
Reference "rival game system" vs reference "usable spaces"
    Passive opposition
DYNAMIC positional references (adjustments), secondary roles in the task, enter 2 moments of play simultaneously at the conscious level, etc.
    Variability
    Active opposition
Positional references DYNAMICS + intensity traveled, propose real fractal contexts (only opposition in a zone or game situation), etc.
Facilitate contexts for players who train the other moment of play + must continue acquiring situations of the moment in which they intervene
    Type of opposition
    Zone / situation
    Variability management
Type of opposition: Zone / game situation
[Mannequins] / references: Last section / overcome rival defensive line (5 mannequins, narrow intervals, reference "usable space"
Passive opposition: start / exit of ball (3 located 2-1, 1st series of the task
Active opposition: Start / exit of ball (2, alternating location and behavior)
    -------- Chart ---------
    5:07
Adaptability offensive to the defensive variability posed by the opposition
    Adjust to 1-3-2-2-3
    6:24
Dissuasive behavior of 1st line of pressure (objective to divide circulation)
    8:38
Trainer as an element of variability - interrupting sequences with bad executions
(Interesting idea also for technical wheels)

The video of the full session is here:
    ua-cam.com/video/qm5GKFNca8w/v-deo.htmlm4s
This was on the day prior to the match. The session included:
    Pass and move
    Active Dynamic Stretching
    Static Stretching
Agility and coordination + explosive movements
    8v2 Rondo
    4v4+3 Rondo
10vGK Shadow play (shown partly in this video)
I believe Guardiola is primarily explaining the desired patterns of play.
0:17 First set of patterns include:
    1) Switch through the back 3 then overcome the 1st line of defense (note the position of the balls)
    2) Frequent use of 3rd man combinations (up-back-through / lay-offs / set passes)
    3) Penetration of the back line (mannequins) on the opposite side of the exit, or at least in the center.
2:16 - After the intervention from Guardiola to the wingbacks (to play higher?), the next few repetitions involve laying off to the 6 who plays a long diagonal switch to the weak side wingback who has gone high up the field.
3:45 - Guardiola removes one of the green defenders. During the buildup (exit), the center of the back 3 now dribbles (or uses a repeat pass with a 6 to attract the opposition front two together; then pass to another of the back 3, or to a 6 who turns.
7:04 - The last few exits involve the center of the back 3 playing a pass between the opposition 2 to one of the 6s; the other 6 or the left/right center back is used as a 3rd man.
8:30 - After the last intervention from Guardiola, when the wingback receives near the last line of defense, the 8/10 makes a penetrating run (underlap).

English-speaking version of Enric Soriano! A god-send. Although my Portuguese was getting sharper...

Yes, but I muted it because unfortunately only the chatter from the stands was audible.
