I like how the house you make, is fitting to the town/citys you make them in. Like a beach house would not fit so well in this town, and a farmhouse would not fit in a beach area :D

I just added this house and I love it! It will take a lot of thought before adding in my own personal flare because everything is so wonderful! I'll need to add in a garden for my gardener and some items for my cats, but aside from that, it's everything I wanted! :) Thank you!

I would totally attempt to build this in the PS3 version of sims (since it's the only one i have) but then again the building meter would reach it's limit before i could even furnish it 😥
If you mean the fences on the porch it looks like it's the Gentle Fence painted white. But if you mean the fencing on the little corner balcony I have a feeling it's the fence you get from the Supernatural expansion.
People like you should be arcitects, this world is such a boxy and boring thing. Building like this makes everything more beutiful.
