Great pattern! Thank you so much Krista! I love these fabrics with the so useful and nice dark stripe. Only 2 cuts, so fun to make! Kisses from South of France ☀️
You have the cutest personality! And I love how clearly you explain things. I'm not a big fan of modern styles or fabrics but I always find myself wanting to make your quilts. Thank you for inspiring me to step outside the box. 😁
Krista, what a great use for striped fabrics! I'm always hearing and reading how striped fabric is difficult, limiting, or intimidating. This is so cool!
Loved this pattern. Loved this fabric. This fabric is soooo popular now that it has sold out in Australia. That says something for your wonderful design and use of this fabric line. Thanks, Jen Kingwell for such inspiring fabric.
Love, love, love this... I have to admit I let out a little squeal when you used an Australian designer 👏👏 i have many patterns in my collection to do but your patterns always find their way to the top of my pile.... You're costing me money!!!!STOP IT 🤣🤣🤣🤣
WOW!! Again you amaze me :) I'd seen that fabric or some similar quite awhile back, thought it was neat but had no idea what to use it for :) Now I know! Or like you said, cut up just about any stripe fabric! As they say "mind blown"!!
What a creative use of the black striped fabric! LOL I wouldn't want the green or pink fabric. Maybe blue 💙 or yellow 💛. Anyway, I love the design and the quilts. Thank you for the video 😊👍💕
LUV this pattern! Ordered the ruler and pattern.... works up fast and easy. I'm looking forward to experimenting with all kinds of striped fabrics with this pattern. Thanks Krista!
Had to do a bit of searching , but I found the fabric and just ordered your pattern! I'll decide on the solid when the fabric arrives. It's so cool how it's done.
Hello, I stumbled across your site last week. Now that I have some time to take a closer look. I am tickled to see what kind of ideas you have for us. I did hit the subscribed button.
The Jen Kingwell fabric and the pattern are gorgeous, I already went to your web site and ordered the fabric, lime is one of my favourites. It will be months if ever that it will be for sale in the UK. Well done!
I think there would be! How much does it shrink when you do that? You'd have about 3" extra for shrinkage... But we did sell out of all the kits way, way early and are now working to get more fabric, so fingers crossed :)
Krista made the Gumdrops quilt from page 10 of the Lollipops & Licorice pattern. If you do not have it, you can find it here: www.kristamoser.com/lollipops-licorice
@@kristamoser I am going to sew a black 1/4” sash and attach a 5” fabric on either side And pray that I get a similar effect as the printed fabric that you displayed
@@towergricel I was wondering the same thing. Since we can't find that fabric now. But I love the look of this. I think I'll use some scrap fabrics and see how it looks.
ordered the pattern today without seeing this video first....did not know, that is a special fabric...I live in germany, so there is not way to order this fabric....😪 is there a way, to mimic this fabric?
Oh that is such a bummer Sylvia! That fabric designer is out of Australia and it is sold by Moda... is there no distribution of Moda products in Germany? I know I have seen people place a narrow ribbon down the center or do a dark heavy thread stitch pattern down the middle. I could even see a permanent fabric pen working, although I haven't seen that done yet.
@@persoart Here is a link to that fabric on Etsy... you might find someone who ships to Germany! www.etsy.com/search?q=Jen+Kingwell+lollie+fabrics I know Moda has a new collection of these coming out in May.

Trying!! Fingers crossed, we have reordered fabric three times already! :) Just email info@kristamoser.com and we'll put you on the waiting list.

Thank you Shawn!! It is so so easy!
This was so fun to watch. Love the fabric and pattern! Could I be added to the wait list for the kit of both fabric and pattern in the pink? Thanks!
Thank you Michael!! Would you email me at info@kristamoser.com and I'll get you added!
New subcriber today. You were a UA-cam suggestion after I watched pat slone
That is fantastic! Thank you Cheri :)
I love that fabric. Do you have anymore kits available?
Soooo cute. Also could you strip piece to get that middle effect or would that be too difficult. I’m a beginner. Thx
There would be too many seams in the middle.
The seams would pile up in the middle... but you could use all kinds of fabrics. I was thinking even border prints could be cute!
Brilliant
Thank you Kim!!
Very cool!!
Thank you!!
Woman you wooooaw us again
Hahaha! my job here is done ;)
Is there enough fabric in the kit for starching? I soak my fabric so it’s shrinks a bit. Thx
I think there would be! How much does it shrink when you do that? You'd have about 3" extra for shrinkage... But we did sell out of all the kits way, way early and are now working to get more fabric, so fingers crossed :)
@@kristamoser1935 thx. On avg about an inch or so.
Kits are already gone😱. Oh well I shouldn’t be starting another quilt right now anyway😁. Hopefully you’ll have more later.
They went fast Kathy!! We are working to stock some more though :)
Looking for what you made with the scraps but can not find it
Krista made the Gumdrops quilt from page 10 of the Lollipops & Licorice pattern. If you do not have it, you can find it here: www.kristamoser.com/lollipops-licorice

We are working on it!! you guys are blowing my mind with the orders :) If you want we can add you to a waiting list if you email info@kristamoser.com
How wide is the black center line and how wide is the printed fabric?
I think that black center line is about 1/4" (it's printed on the fabric) and the prints on either side are about 5"
