I see a similar fight between Bivol and Beterbiev as it was against Gvozdyk. Beterbiev pressure will get to Bivol after 5-6 rounds. I love both boxers, can’t wait to see it!
Gvozdyk's a better all-around fighter than Bivol. Not AS quick, not AS nifty on his feet, but at least as crafty, an elite boxer who's excellent on the inside, and with much more crack to his punches. (It's actually sad that Beterbiev beat him so badly--in a really close fight that Gvozdyk was leading--that he was out of boxing for a few years.)
@@michaelh.117 There’s literally nothing Gvozdyk does better than Bivol, other than maybe having more power. I say maybe because Benavidez sparred both and said Bivol hits harder. What is certain, is that Bivol is faster and has a much better lead hand/jab. He also has better stamina and much, much better defense. He’s also a lot more disciplined, whereas Gvozdyk tends to get into firefights at times when perhaps he shouldn’t.
A journeman was able to get into the 12th against Beterbiev, but the least hit man in boxing will go down after 5-6 rounds? That’ll certainly be something.

Gvozdyk, Smith and to a lesser extent Yarde all have a longer reach and punch harder than Bivol. Bivol might have quicker hands and better foot work, but not much better than Gvozdyk. I feel Artur will catch up with him by the 6th round and take over. What we don't know, is whether Bivol can take what Artur dishes out. He's never faced a real banger like Artur. And, all the best to Lonnie B.

Kovalev won the first ward fight. Anyone saying otherwise, i can prove you round by round. That robbery had a psychological impact on him and he was never the same after that first bout. He was drinking pretty heavily and was depressed. He never got back on track after it and their second fight showed it

Let me give you guys my thoughts.
I have it 70/30 in favour of Artur.
Lonnie B hasn't said much about Bivols accomplishments so I'll help you guys out. Pascal, Joe Smith Jr. Are elite power punches and Bivols skill is just too much for them to handle. Bivols style is very hard to overcome because you can never get into your rhythm and fight the way you want to fight (although Joe Smith Jr hurt Bivols pretty bad with a single punch right when the bell sounded) if Artur hit bivol, most likely a knock out.
In the zurdo fight bivol was more aggressive so he got caught a couple of times, again if those were Artur's punches then bivol will most likely be sleeping. But that fight, Bivols skill was too good for zurdo to overcome.
The way I see it, it's whether Bivol gives the best fight of his life for 12 rounds (which is asking a lot) or Artur who hits like a truck will knock Bivols ass down.
Anyways that's my thoughts and I honestly can't wait. Love both fighters

I like Lonnie, but Ward wouldn't beat Bivol imo. Ward struggled with a past prime Kovalev, Bivol is in his prime still. While Bivol may not be the biggest puncher at 175, he still got Barerra out of there where Andre couldn't. Also Lonnie said Smith is a harder fight than Bivol when Canelo beat Smith easy but Bivol beat Canelo easy. Personally I think Lonnie underestimates Bivol. I still lean with Beterbiev but it won't be as easy as Lonnie thinks. I think Bivol will be Beterbiev's hardest fight to date

Keep underestimating Dmitri Bivol, he will surprise everyone again, and then they will say Artur Beterbiev is old, age and injuries catch up with him. I think Beterbiev is very strong and very good but he also can lose and Dmitri Bivol got some skills that Artur doesnt have so its about how those styles match and how ready are both at the night of the fight. Both have champion mentality but I belive Bivol will shine the most when its hard because he knows he will have to, he understands the challenge and treat in Beterbiev. This fight got me very exited lol, i think it will be tremendous and I hope Bivol will prove that he is to smart to get bulied or else he will lose this fight.
I think it will go like Crawford vs. Spence with Bivol being in the Crawford role. I think Beterbiev will try to use his physicality to push Bivol back but will be shocked when Bivol can stand his ground and counterpunch him all day. I think Beterbiev's lack of real boxing skills is pretty apparent to Bivol. Easy work.

@@user-pr7vh7pm1k you're not a professional boxer. What I meant was: on Bivols end he has the advantage of youth, and better footwork. Bertabeiv has the advantage of power, BOTH have high boxing IQ, experience, accuracy, punch-selection, toughness, and stamina.
However on the downside for Bertabeiv: He's almost 40, has had multiple injuries (back, shoulder, knee and most recently jaw injury) compounded by the lengthy boxing career spanning over 300 amateur fights and wars in the pros which does indeed ultimately take its toll on the aging body!!
All things considered there is indeed a chance that Bivol can win. All of Bivols victories either came by way of UD or stoppage which is a clear reflection of his consistent dominance over his opponents.
I'm not saying he'd win but calling it a 50/50 fight at this stage is VERY justifiable...but I guess you're entitled to your own opinion 🤷🏿♂️

Betrrbiev in 6th round and if it's the same Bivol than Lyndon Arthur, 3 rounds. Also the trainers of beterbiev Ramsey & Scully are way better to prepare a fight than bivol team.
