Wow. I aspire to play so well. You are an inspiration. You took one of my favorite Paul Desmond tunes and did it much justice.You also did not overdue it and kept true to the simplicity of this wonderful ballad. Keep up the great music.
Thanks for showing so much 'hands'. This is turning out to be one of my recent 'favourite' performances. I kind of feel like a bit of a cheat being able to examine what John Sherwood is doing with his hands. I'm thinking about getting the sheet music, but it's fascinating watching the voicing choices and trying to figure out the harmony from that; a pleasure to see it so up close and personal; it's like a mini masterclass.
