Ok I can understand that, but this game is also very unfaithful to the movie it’s based on: -Rody never had two helping mice working with him, nor did he ever carry a sword! -The main antagonist’s role is heavily reduced -Rita never carried a bungee with her, and she’s even more unlikable than she was in the movie! - Despite this actually being a good thing about the game, one part actually shows how Rita stole the ruby! -Some scenes that were in the movie weren’t shown in the game for some reason, like Rita’s family! -Rody never fought a giant spider clown in the movie, mainly because she was never featured in the movie! -In the movie the slugs are completely scared and harmless, but in the game they’re enemies that attack you.
Here’s some trivia about those two little mice who lived with Roddy: They were actually hamsters. And they appeared in the first trailer for the film. They were gonna be in the film but they were scrapped from the final product because the makers wanted Roddy to have something to gain at the end (friends). So they took out the hamster butlers so Roddy could start out as a lonely character. All your points are true, though. The game is REALLY different from the movie. I always thought this was weird. I really don’t know the game developers got the idea of making the slugs bad guys. But it was still a fun game in my opinion.
