According to the last video, seasonality SPY went up the first week of October to 437. Now should be expecting a crash in week 3 of October and expecting a bottom in week 4. Mate...what's going to drive the rally? Defensives were weak because yields broke out...not because of any rotation. 2 year is above 5 and the 20 is approaching 5. So...a technical rally? Is that it?
There was a rotation, but the whole market is breaking down. Ignoring the bond and currency markets is dangerous. Our economy the past 14 years wasn't meant for a 5% yield. There's a reckoning coming.
