I'd love to make that mezzanine room into a library! Imagine having a bookshelf floor to ceiling and then the traditional shelf ladder. A reminiscent of days you spend at some libraries of such kind! And imagine how you would feel staying there while the rain is pourin outside! Wooh!

I love the layout of this home. I'm not really a fan of the open concept living because I like having the private spaces. Plus, who wants the entire house to smell like isda when youre cooking?? Lol. Julia is a joy to watch!

I just subscribed to this channel. The houses are great but what impresses me is how Julia presents the rooms and the cool features on each area. I've watch many house tour vids and she's the most knowledgeable, speaks not too much but not too less. Plus she wears all black which idk if it's her aesthetic but i think is professional of her so we wont be distracted by her outfit.
I’m not really sure if it is advisable to put your closet or wardrobe inside your toilet, it’s mind-boggling to me
I think it's fine...it's well ventilated especially too if you are not using hot/warm water.
@@tajmjl love the over all architectural designs of the house no doubt and the location is superb it’s only my preference I rather separate my closet or wardrobe away from the toilet, sometimes we need to criticized them (builders), for them to understand they’re selling it to a future homeowner not for themselves(the builder). I love Julia she’s a great home presenter and she’s good at it.

@TRAVELER It’s not the only one I’m concerned of, it’s when you’re changing not enough space for it and to think you’re inside the toilet, unless if those are intended for utility cabinets but I heard her saying closets, maybe I’m wrong 😑

This house is pretty nice even with the staff quarters plus laundry room too. I don’t get why some leave the laundry machines outside the house.
