- Today's topic is about something that often holds us back: getting caught up in small, unimportant conflicts that distract us from our bigger goals. Imagine you have a significant goal in life-whether it's paying off your parents' mortgage, becoming a renowned artist, or buying a house. These are goals that people often spend years or even a lifetime working toward. The key is to keep your focus on that big goal, as it provides you with purpose and direction.
However, what frequently happens is that as we break our larger goal into smaller tasks, we lose sight of the bigger picture. Instead of treating these smaller goals as steps toward our ultimate aim, we make them into something larger than they are. We become so focused on these small details that we forget they are merely steps along the way, not the final destination.
This leads to frustration because chasing after these minor goals can feel unfulfilling. You start to feel stressed, as if you're putting in effort but not making progress toward what really matters. Your mind and heart are fixated on something that no longer aligns with your main goal-it may start to feed your ego or serve someone else's interests, rather than your own.
The first step in overcoming this is to recognize when you're fighting a battle that isn’t yours to fight. Ask yourself: is this really helping me move closer to my ultimate goal, or am I just wasting energy? Unnecessary fights waste your energy and time, making it harder to get back on track. The longer you stay stuck, the more time you'll lose, and the more difficult it becomes to recover.
This unnecessary focus can also delay or even reverse your progress toward your ultimate goal, causing more harm than good. Therefore, it’s essential not to lose sight of the big picture. You can let go of the smaller fights and still win the greater battle-the one that truly matters.
Once you realize this and make adjustments, you'll feel a sense of peace and fulfillment because you're back on the path to achieving your true goal. It’s important to remind yourself of this again and again, and stay aligned with your purpose. When you do, you'll rediscover your motivation and stay on course for the life you truly want.
Thanks for reminding, Sarshar bhai🙂

I notice that you are gaining subscribers at a tremendous pace, which is fantastic. I kindly request that you maintain the quality of your content and avoid any degradation.
Yes I will, just wanted to ask for feedback, did you feel it degrading?
Asking coz we are going at a pace, where its hard to get the judgment sometimes
Hi Navjot, Aapne phone addiction wala video dekha ho?
@@sarsharsayyed It's not about degradation, but rather, gaining more followers can create pressure to produce content quickly, potentially leading to a decrease in quality. So, what I mean is that you should take a break without sacrificing the quality.
@@utkbella Yes my friend says the same, I am thinking of taking Fridays off
Sir, can you make a video on, if someone who has multiple career interests in life, how they can choose the best fulfilling career for them?
