One important ingredient in an interview is a people friendly interviewer that is able to establish and bring out maximum exposure of capabilities to everyday judging scenarios in court situations but not be shaken like by an army egoistic drill sergeant type like interviewer...I think the missing ingredient here lies in the to put at ease the candidate to eradicate the pressure on possible failure to bring out the best in the candidate with confidence building bricks in a people friendly interview manner to get best confident responses instead of bulldozing an exam on shaken confidence because people are different on approaches on scenarios put before them hence bringing out a balanced opinion of multiple judges on a sitting...nobody is perfect not even the interviewer...one way I prefer is to request the candidate to please relax and help me help us to get best possible answers on questions were going to share now for this interview...let us share a bit of water and start a good journey of a few questions to help us conclude this session of a few questions....relaxed but brave...an interview is not to bulldoze but to try and bring out the best in a candidate if you can Mr Interviewer. ..unfortunately Mr malema is interviewing himself not the candidate...that's how it's done in the army...point of order- Mr malema doesn't fit that position at all to interview people...

You should watch what judges do to unprepared advocates then you will know what being rude is. They even shout at them in front of their clients and everyone in court. I suggest you should watch court proceedings more often.

I know that there are rude judges but the subject matter now is these interviews. Some judges being rude is not justification for commissioners to be rude to candidates. In fact, the commissioners should exhort rude judges to stop being rude.
