My daughter is 10 months old and since she was born, I’ve played rain sounds for her to sleep. It definitely works and is extremely calming. Since then, I can no longer sleep in silence, I have to have something playing as well.

Not sure what cruise line, but I'd say try all the food in the main dining room. If you're interested in it, or just curious, I'd try it because it's all free in there. Have as many apitizers and desserts and I think they will give you up to 2-3 main dishes for free per night I believe.
