I've been saying you have enough content between the FF and the main channel to feed two channels. I still think you need to be willing to let an editor(s) take that load off of you, and they can still edit it in your style since that's what you're paying them for.
You’re 100% right. The fact that he’s so transparent and lets the audience in on the business and behind the scenes stuff, it makes me feel like we’re in on the ride with them. Like we’re all working toward something together rather than being like parasitic. I think that’s why when people come to the FF for events he can have thousands of people there chowin down on the Hell Yeah Brother Special and when they leave it’s SPOTLESS. Because they feel like it belongs to them too, and/or like your friend invited you to their home or something. You don’t take advantage of your friends. And the way cleeter goes about things, many of us feel like we’re peers, rather than he’s the leader and we’re just the pay-pigs. That wasn’t worded very well, but I hope you got the gist of what I mean.
When are you not in full blown America mode, brother? It’s so nice to see you are doing these giveaways right and not scamming people like a lot of those giveaway companies.
I saw Sam on Kyle's video. "You can take that home with you..." There's no way to not love that guy. His character is a perfect fit for the Cleetus group.

Hopefully the winner does that and reinvests that 10K with you guys in some way through Motion or “buying” time on your dyno or something that can help offset the cash outlay. At least, that’s what I would do. :)
Honestly, I'd take the cash. I've got a unfinished project truck I WANT to finish, but don't have the time so I have to pay someone. That being said, the Marauder would be best to go to someone else really wishing for a project car that's completed. Oh well, one can dream.
I'd probably take the cash too if he'd give Sam the car. Be way cooler to see Sam running it on the channel then me pulling the drivetrain for my projects. It'd also be my 4th vehicle not including the wife's. Way too many when you live in PA and only have 6 months of nice weather.
@@akaknowlesy10 true, but as the person running the giveaway you normally set the cash high enough to cover that. $10k cash out of a $22k total prize would cover taxes for almost anyone. Someone who's got a high paying job in CA or NY might still have to pay more. Someone in the top tax brackets should be able to afford a few thousand though.
@@shanesimpson4124 yup, in the USA, when you win a prize, the IRS considers the value of that prize to be income, which you then have to pay income tax on. There have been a ton of game show contestants that won really cool big prizes, but the prize didn't come with any cash bonus on top of it. So the winning contestant had to pay the taxes out of their own pocket. Some people couldn't afford the tax bill that came with winning a prize, it's really crappy. So the good news with winning cash on top of a prize is that you can use the cash to pay the tax bill, so hopefully you won't have to come out of pocket to keep the IRS from sending men with guns to kill your dog and imprison you for the rest of your life.
I don’t think there’s a better candidate the marauder could go to than me.. lost my wheels 5 years ago and I’m about to get my license back. This would be a dream start to a new channel! 🤤😍
I'd take the cash. Too many cops and schools around me, no good roads to rip around, no garage. Gas prices. Inflation. That's a 36-hour round trip for me, and I'd need a truck and trailer.
I would have taken the Marauder 100% without the cash and I have to ship it all the way to Montana when I win it. Or epic road trip. Now that $10k can pay for that and the taxes. Thanks brother!
Heard them mentioned that on the live feed from sick week. I was wondering who messed up them or what. Atleast cleet always comes thru better deal for the supporters.
To be fair, that 10k cash will vanish very quickly with taxes on both the cash itself and the car. Still very nice regardless, one will end up with a couple grand and that marauder. I'd take that over straight cash any day.
Had this happen to me with insurance. An old lady whiskey throttled her sons f250 into my full spec sleeper wrx in the parking garage. About a week earlier I had just dropped ~$17,000 on some new parts (higher spec built motor, intercooler, turb upgrade, clutch, coilovers, braid wheels, etc ). My dream build that I had wanted since I was a kiddo, and that I worked so hard for. And yes, I did inform my insurance about these upgrades and provided them with all the receipts from the work orders I had. Anyways, I grabbed an uber to work (lady hit my car around 6:30am). Insurance called me and left a voicemail and said they were going out with an adjuster to look at it. This was right after lunch, around 1:30pm. I was stuck in a meeting and didn't have my phone on me to answer. Day goes by and I'm in and out of meetings and software training. I'm not able to get out of work until around 7:30pm. I grab an Uber home, and when I walk up to the parking level my car was on, it's gone. I call my insurance and they say that it was deemed a total loss and that a wrecker had been provided to pick up the car. I've blown about two gaskets by now, being that I didn't OK any of this. I was able to speak with parking garage folks and was able to determine what wrecker company came. Called them and the wrecker brought my car to a place called Copart (sure cleet deals with them a lot, they are a huge salvage auction place). If you've ever been to one of these places, they won't let you look at the cars they have. It's a no grey area type of deal. I go up there and raise hell that I want my motor and parts off my car for about three weeks. Then I start dealing with insurance, filing all types of paperwork for this and that, and yes I spoke to ALL the managers. Luckily I had all the premium insurance add-ons. (Hard to remember all the things I had to go through as I have erased this from my memory with the help of a grief counselor, but I still have an organizer full of the paperwork). There were issues at just about every corner. The lady totaled three cars, and I remember that being a big deal. Also, there was a hang up with my insurance and the ladies insurance company about her coverage amount, something about it exceeding her liability coverage amount. There was some sort of depreciation paperwork. About 18 months later they cut me a check for my car, $12k. 2012 WRX Limited w/ 60,000 miles, excellent condition. This happened in Jan 2018. ps; I learned who the adjuster was and I later determined that he was buddies with the shop who I had install my parts. When he saw my car, I'm still 100% determined that he set the whole thing up. I bet the fvckers even had the wrecker drop off the car at the shop that I had the work done at and took the motor and all the parts before bringing it to Copart.

Well to some degree your wife is right, right now it's a choice between 25k in cash or a 22k car plus 10k in cash, which seems like a no brainer, but after you mess around with the boost and stick a piston through the side of the engine it's a 2k car plus a repair bill.. Its okay Garrett I already won this Marauder and just need yall to sign the dash when I pick it up I live in bama and will give it a good home and be back to the FF whenever yall want to rip nasty burnies. I trust yall with the giveaway, not like Hoonigan who have been sitting on their R33 GTR since last December and have gone radio silent on their giveaway.
Your a top man for being that honest
Brother, lets see a full blown soul patch sometime!!!
You have inspired me to be a better person! Some day I WILL be the cleetus of my friend group. 🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸
That mustache is Mac Daddy I love it
Hell yeah brother keep up the great work !!!
That car was MOVING considering it's a big cushy cruiser. Someone is gonna be VERY happy!
The stache!!! Fantastic!
My wife telling me To take the 25k
Me- YOU’RE DONE
Well to some degree your wife is right, right now it's a choice between 25k in cash or a 22k car plus 10k in cash, which seems like a no brainer, but after you mess around with the boost and stick a piston through the side of the engine it's a 2k car plus a repair bill.. So 25k in cash is the safe bit.. I'd still have the car anyway if I win.
@@strandvaskeren just sell the Marauder the minute you get it. I think the fame that car has now will actually bring $25k on Doug Demaros cars and bids. Don't even move it out of Florida.
Put a stock 4.6 back in it and it still brings 9k
Cleeter is an example for all businesses out there that takes an L ( not that he really did ) but people are often willing to overlook a lot of things if the other side is genuine and decent.
Hey Cleetus, any chance of offering some shirts with a pocket for us older guys who need reading glasses?
The Merc is awesome
Bummer that it costs you an extra $10k but I respect that you stand by the book and are just showing it’s an even better deal than it already was
2:35 fletcher cox’s rig looking badazz in the background
You’ve definitely got a new jockey for the fleet. Weight matters
I'd still take the cash honestly, just because i wanna keep watching Sam drive and race it!!
A lawyer didn't read the fine print.... so cleetus like 🤣🤣🤣👌🏻. If I won I'd take the muarder and the 10k. Do my burnout at the FF then leave the car with Frank.
The deviousness of simplicity is hardly revolutionary in its reciprocity.
We have different definitions of money shifts. I have always known them as finding reverse at about 100mph.
It was a money launch ;)
I thought a Money Shift was being at the top of 2nd and going back into 1st instead of 3rd.
@@patwildgen4259 Another example of an expensive money shift. Insert super sad trans noises.
@@patwildgen4259 It is. People also say "money" when something is "on the money" and that means perfect. Cleetus didn't say "money shift". He just said "That was money". He meant it was a perfect launch.
That’s nice … and glad you figured the time out haha and said 10.61 instead of 10.06
I love seeing Kyle on the channel
@WhatsApp ✙❶❾❹⓿❹❹❶❷❾❶❽ Wow I can’t wait for my award 😂
Tbh id take the 25k and let them keep the car. I enjoy the content
