I, and every busperson I've known, prefer to clear a table where the dishes have been stacked. And 'bussing' WAS spelled correctly. P.S. I bet you're a lot of fun at parties! 😂

@@robstockton911 I guess you must've only worked in the "coffee shop" class. In that case, you'd be right. If you had worked in a fine dining restaurant, you'd know that patrons don't have a chance to stack up their plates before they're removed. But feel free to keep checking the spelling on UA-cam comments...

Absolutely wrong. If stacked plates are too hard to carry, you're a shitty waiter. Worked in the industry over 10 years never heard a single soul complain about stacked plates or people pre bussing their own table.
