Seen here are the highlights of the Munich Security Conference 2023. Rare visitors such as the Ilyushin IL-76 from Silkway Airlines whiched carried supplies for the Azerbaijan Government, which also sent their beautiful Airbus A340-600, man that livery on that plane, I love it! The USAF send several C-17 Globemasters, two Boeing 757-200s or C-32A and Boeing 737-700s (C-40C). Other than that the Saudi Government used an rare Airbus A340-200.
Unfortunately no Airforce One this years as the president of the USA was in Poland and the Arabic deligation was also not present with their VIP Boeing 747s but we had some nice traffic anyway.

By the way, the C-40 in this video, is a C-40B, because it wears the same color scheme as the VC-25A, aka, Air Force One, the C-40C is only flown by the Colorado Air Guard's 200th Airlift Squadron, from Buckey Space Force Base, and the DC Air Guard's 201st Airlift Squadron, based at Joint Base Andrews, and are painted in overall White, with minium markings.

The C-17 that starts your video is from Joint Base Charleston, not Joint Base Andrews. The other aircraft based at Andrews are F-16s, and C-40Cs of the DC Air Guard's 113th Wing, and AFRC has a wing of KC-135s based there as well. The only reason that C-17 came from Andrews, is a Presidential Support mission, which tapped the 437th Airlift Wing to assign of their aircraft to support Biden's trip to this conference.
