I’m an older soul than those souls in my family that cane before me, my grandmother didn’t even believe in life after death, to suggest they are ancient & knowledgeable just because they came before us is incorrect
I've held so much resentment and dissapointment for my parents in the last 3 years and it took working through these feelings to realize that I've always been subconsciously testing my parent's love... I'm now at a point of practicing compassion and forgiveness especially forgiveness for oneself.

Ever since I was 6 yrs old, I would sit my stuffed animals in a chair & I would teach & counsel them abt things of life I should not have known at that age.😻

Loved the inyerviee ! Very interesting and was thinking its both a shame that we have no real living western lineage integrated enough so that those born open as healers or shaman/spirit walkers are not noticed, helped and trained to be skillfull and knowledgeable in there natural abilities and taken in and trained by elders,as such,many are off on the edge using drugs and dissociation to deal with there sensdotivity and feeling unconnected and useless in this society! As I have felt,but now we are learning are place and practices thanks to work such as yours..thank you Evita..much love,steve

Nice picture on your wall there mr farmer. What exactly does that represent......
What if you feel little true connection with, or respect, trust towards most of your family members? For example, my grandfather recently passed away, and I have no emotion over it. I feel like he was overall a sad, repressed, and perhaps deeply dark person and I feel like I've had to process some of his karma for him in my life, which I suppose I must have agreed to but certainly is not fun. How do you connect to your ancestors when you feel a general mistrust and dislike of them???
Thanks for your comment and great questions Krista. This is a very good point and something many people struggle with. It is common not to feel a strong connection to certain, or even most family members. In such cases I recommend approaching it in one of two ways:
1. If you feel truly neutral, don't feel a connection and are not triggered by these individuals, then often no connection may be needed. We come through various family lines for many reasons and not all of them are actually to focus on the family. In some cases, it is actually NOT to create strong family bonds to focus on other elements of ourselves and/or this life experience.
2. However, if a person does feel triggered, often or in some strong way by a certain relative or family member, even if the connection is not close or strong, this is usually a sure sign that there is a big lesson there for us and something that requires our attention. In such cases, it is a matter of starting by looking at what this individual represents for us. What factors they have that we don't like, but see, and may need to work on within ourselves, what factors are blocking our personal growth and evolution, etc. In such cases, there are many ways to connect, whether physically, energetically, emotionally, or symbolically. Ultimately there is no one right or wrong way, the most important thing is to find ways of understanding how we can learn based on this individual's role and presence in our life experience to become better human beings ourselves towards ourselves, others and life itself.

What do you advise to those who constantly have communication with their ancestors through dreams? I've had a few of them ask me, you don't know? Over and over. I've asked questions but feel as if I'm asking the wrong ones. Yet again they hug me over and over.
It sounds like there is some kind of guilt and unresolved emotions associated with your family karma that needs to be released. The best way to access answers for yourself is through meditation, which is different than the state of your mind in the dream world. Can you PLEASE advise how we can remember who we truly are. Are there some special techniques or suggested meditations. Can you please help.
The best meditation is the purest and simplest one, which is the one that the Buddha taught. It goes by the name of "Vipassana" and is known as inner insight. The more you observe your breath and body, the more you connect with your inner world and understand the nature of true reality beyond the illusion (or maya) of the physical one.

Shaman here now my guides are spirit not human there from really high consciousness and I can visit lower world my spirit animal mainly is a black panther and jake the snake but all animals birds insects are my power animals I bond better with animals

By this logic it would mean people who are born into rich and loving families have accumulated very good karma
That is not at all the intention of this message. Many rich and seemingly loving families create children with their own challenges and difficulties, such as addictions and anxieties, etc. There is no guarantee either way. Good karma is not measured by our societal standards but by broader reference points, like the amount of love, inner peace, and wellbeing each person lives with, which can be found in both rich and poor families, in both happy and sad families, etc.
Animal spirit guides; spiders, cats, ghekos... Are the most peculiar symbols I've experienced

If you mean a "man" as opposed to a "woman", then the answer is yes, of course. True wisdom and healing is not about any kind of discrimination.

You are very welcome, and no worries. Better to ask, than not know. The reason you mostly may hear a reference to women is because women are more likely to seek help for any and all kind of healing, as opposed to men. But it works for all. Best wishes to you :)

Sorry for the story everyone BUT I had a dream where a female authority figure was repremanding me because my "family" Was disrespecting The Natural Law. I told her No i have been actively taking care of this 'Life' and others. She told me it wasn't enough that i had been kind or taken care of others or my body because doing the right thing doesnt 'count'.
....i was shocked and Ashamed. She was right. She walked me through a really old land. She wanted me to pay 'my ancestral debt'... and i assured her i wasnt going to harm this life and that id help but i was leaving.
She was scary. She also told me she didn't exist in the waking world and if i wanted to 'bring her to light' that basically id have no proof.... . ..this dream makes all my hair stand up. so Here I AM C:
A real waste of time. This man does not add to the body of knowledge. Is a shame he makes so many speculations about everything including Epigenetics. Sad.
It is understandable that not all people will see things the same way. However, there is no need to put down the other person's work just because it does not agree with your own views or expectations. We are all in this together, and recognizing this will make a kinder world for all.
