Hi Guys,
Are you travelling for the first time to Germany ? whatever may be the reason but first time is always special and we definitely want to things to go smoothly during the journey. And its always better to have all info about travelling to Germany or travelling internationally before your actual travel. So for you guys, I have made the video, giving detailed info on how will you find your flight, navigating at the airport, changing the connecting flight and when you arrive in Germany how will you use public transport to reach your destination. I am sure after watching this video you can also travel without worrying about anything ! I made this video when I was travelling back to Germany from India. The flight was Air France, Mumbai to Paris and Paris to Munich. I travelled during Omicron peak time and had to follow all regulations from India, France and Germany.

Love your content. First video I watched from you, very nice. I am a teen and I am travelling in 3 months. I have some memories and you make them feel real when I watched this video. Hope you make more Travel videos. Thanks, Aditya

great!!
Good Information Rushikesh
Thank you 😊
Hey Rishikesh, great video. I am also going to Munich via Air France I had some questions:-
1) What was your cabin baggage allowance? My cabin baggage allowance is 12 kg, can I carry a big travel backpack instead of a cabin luggage trolley for this 12 kg?
2) Can you tell me what type of travel backpack or trolley you purchased for cabin baggage?
I had a normal Aristocrat backpack. I was also allowed 12kg. And I took the backpack as a cabin bag. No issues
Cool
I am planning to take Air France Bangalore-Paris-Hamburg Flight. I have few questions as follows:
1. Do I need a transit visa or airport transit visa?
2. Do I need to go thru security check in and immigration at Paris again?
3. Can I collect my checked in luggage directly in Hamburg?
4. What procedures will be there at Hamburg airport?
Other things I need to be careful if any for connecting flight, please let me know. Thanks.
1. No you don't need. Your student visa will work.
2. Yes for both, immigration will be done at Paris airport.
3. Yes, thats how it should be. But do confirm with airline.
4. You will just take out your luggage and leave the airport. Thats it.
Do keep an eye on flight number and gates. Sometimes gates may change.
Welcome to Germany & Wish you a happy journey !!
@@Rushikesh_Munde Thanks for the response and I appreciate your video.
Nice content maacha, any advise person non-student, what is the weight allowed (for single traveler)
Checked baggage: only 1x23 KG max or 2 bag(of max 23kg each)?
Hand baggage: upto 7-8Kg (like laptop + others items)
FOR Economy class only
And any advise which Air line is better considering allowed baggage etc..
Thanks for your comment 😊
For air India you are allowed to take 2*23kg with economy class, but for other airlines you have to choose luggage and based on that price increases.
Great video very informative!
Am travelling in February and I have connecting flight in Paris, Wanted to know how long does it take for Immigration and Security check.
Thanks for watching 😊🙏and keep supporting 🙏
Depends on the queue, if its not much crowded less than half an hour.
Cgpa 7
IELTS 7.5
4 internship (7 months experience)
Can i get into English taught masters in computer science?
Thanks for your comment 😊
Please do check the university specific criteria.
Hey man I've 9.2 CGPA in my 3 year bachelor's degree
But when it's converted into percentage it comes around 78%
So what will be considered for German grade conversion, my CGPA or percentage?
No need convert to percentage, just convert directly to German gpa using calculators available online.
@@Rushikesh_Munde no I mean converting into Mumbai University's percentage it is 78%
Hi, did you need to apply for a french transit visa for this trip ?
Hi,
No. Because i had german residence permit. With which i am allowed to travel in Europe.
@@Rushikesh_Munde I have German student visa travelling for the first time to Germany via Paris, France, do I still need to apply for France transit visa ?
@@uncool_uncle No need. You can travel with your visa
Are they asking about vaccine certificate?
Yes, they ask for that.
