Another day working on a combine number one wow Love when Chet starts the video saying we’re in the rhubarb and where is the big Swede and Dougo might lose his temper never know until it happens and Brody saying just another day combining . Chet talking explaining what they’re doing it’s great . We use the old antique way of harvesting nothing fancy new gadgets it’s confusing. We have a probe to jab in corn to take samples put in bags . We have a neighbor that has a combine he does our field we haul the grain .
Thanks for another great video Chet and crew. It was interesting and enjoyable and watch. Sorry about the breakdown. Did not fully understand your situation there. You said i believe that one of the feeder house chains broke or came loose. Did not understand you all the way on the repair but you got it fixed and going again. Good show Chet. Ready for the field again tomorrow. Really like the new intro Chet. Seems to be popular with everyone. Like the way it is different some days. Busy time for everyone. Corn harvest is always a super busy time for all of you. Hang in there everyone. Thanks for everything. Take care and be safe. The Iowa farm boy. Steve. PS. Forgot to wish Chet a Happy Birthday. 🎂🎈🎁🎊🎉 Have a great Birthday Chet. Enjoy.
I'd consider myself a loyal channel and EVERY episode viewer, so I'm gonna watch them either way.... But THE PREVIEWS!!, they're a FANTASTIC ADDITION L-F. Excellent.
I want to say thank you for awarding a badge I posted it on Facebook and got so many people to congrat me they seemed impressed about the award trying to get a couple of potato farmers up here in N. MAINE TO start a u tube channel but no takers yet again thanks guys for the award love watching ur videos😊😊
It is really unbelievable the technology that has changed harvest since I worked for my Uncle Max in Central Texas in the 70's. He had a JD55 that we added a JD70 power steering unit to it and a Hiniker cab with a water cooler A/C. The combine had only a 4 row head. Those were the days.
Those days were why my cousin and I ended a family farm that started before Wisconsin was a state. With the equipment now, I wish we could make that choice again. But in late 80s was a pretty easy choice
So you ready for that New Holland yet! 😂 great intro there always one are 2 donkeys looking for attention. Keep up the great vidoes guys love watching you all.
I liked the way Chet said noting broken just a bolt. :) So Chet, the side panel with the missing fiberglass will that now crack and make more opps content LOL As Drougo always states, well those that know! well you know. Farming is the life for me. BTY I really do like the new intro :)
@@GarySlager-i2u Yep, and it seems like a few times a year he would be taking those clutch's off for some reason and working on them. 4 years of leasing the combine years of taking them off.
4:00 18 to 24 percent moisture kernels - although mixed and going thru the drier, the average out of the drier will likely have variability (18 percent kernels to 12 and 24 percent to 18 say, average a target of 15) wouldn't there be millions of hot spots of the 18 percent?
I live in northern Indiana and our grow season is perfect every year. We start planting at the end of april and get done by the end of may. We get rain every week through the growing season and our yields are really high. Indiana is the land of milk and honey.
Chet so what do you do if you’re in the middle of opening a field and you hit the 220 bushel corn and it fills up your hopper but yet the truck or cart can’t get beside you how does that happen?
900 likes and it is only 21 mins old!! WOAH !!! well I was 900 now its upto 824 already... wow HELLO EVERY ONE!!! Have AN AWE SUM DAY!!!! HAVE AN AWE SUM EVERY THING !!!!
The intro is great. I follow other farmers as well (Larson is my favorite) and lot of combine break downs this season. Three brand new red machine same farm lost transmissions on two. Interesting.
In my opinion why Larson Farms UA-cam channel is successful- Chet Larson never stops talking. Great job, Chet.
Alot of information and entertainment in a short time.
I think having a pleasant voice to listen too and a good personality helps as well.
It’s the accent. For sure. The people love it.
You should watch straight pipe acres. I love it when he goes off on a tangent 😅
Happy birthday Chet another great video. Thank you for taking us along. God bless you and your family.🙏✝️

I just watched a 9x 1100 weather 16 row head 2025 model with that new radar things set up on it 250 bushel corn to 6 1/2 mph it was pretty cool
Team Larson Harvest Time !
Really enjoyed this one. Learned a few things. Hope the repair was minor.
Great video good to see y'all
Great video chat chat thanks a lot appreciate it
Keep the videos coming. Corn harvest ! 💪👍🏼
It's crazy how high tech farming has become.
I hear you. Truly amazing
I want that Apache hoodie
The episode preview for an outtake is genius.
Chet keep up the great work
8:33 doing shots like this while talking definitely one thing the new editors need to keep up 👍

Love the video guys much love and respect thanks for sharing ❤
Awesome video guys. 🚜🚜🚜
How did you get the corn out of the combine before you fixed it? You are magical!
That’s quality stuff from John Deere!!
You know that it's an aftermarket lankota kit on the unload auger right?
How many times has Chet taken that bolt out and never used a new one? Bolts do break.

I love the new intro and new editing style if you could pass that on
Nice when its a fix that doesn't require a trip for parts
A good planter operator always plants headlands the same direction 😂
Awesome
great video
I like the new intro
Waving a hand from texas
You should get a Milwaukee battery dremal, 12volt, beats the air dremal for key ways, more control.
The power of this machine is on another level - unstoppable!
Magnifique vidéo et les moissonneuse batteuse et les vidéos sont bien 😂😮😅
I'm sure loving the intro well done 👏
Love it
You always surprise us!

The groove in the shaft is the keyway and the key slides into it.

boring listening to boasting
😂Other reply doesn’t get the sarcasm !
You just jinxed every farmer
Great intro!
We have had the same problem with combine adjustments. Bummer
16 row twin rotors where is it at , everyone has one !
Love the intro
I love the new intro
New intro is just perfect :D
Need more Dougo
Lucked out on that one
Whos the 4th guy from the left in the intro?
Dougo needs to spend more time checking loose bolts.
Maybe Jean Marie can bring out some food and say hi.
I’ve never seen so many dudes worried about other men’s wives as there is on this page.
@gregjames5070 they were use to Nikki bringing him food all the time
All the girls say Chet is stud factor!
🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
Might be dumb question but would doing deep ripping in those wet spots in the fall possible help with drainage in the spring?
Chet so what do you do if you’re in the middle of opening a field and you hit the 220 bushel corn and it fills up your hopper but yet the truck or cart can’t get beside you how does that happen?
You think ahead is what you do. The hopper just doesn’t magically fill up with you knowing it.
@@gregjames5070 but if your getting 220 bushel corn when the average is 180
All that dust is going to make DougO mad
Do u use your Jedi Powers to combine? 😂😂
I have an honest question has anyone from Larson farms ever responded to any comments on here?
angular torque on bearings, axles and flywheels?
Use your Jedi Powers to fix the chain.
Oh man, that intro just hits right boys. Still love it!
