I hope that last sentence was ironic. Current timeline is so close to a nuclear world War 3 disaster. Great times that we live in.

Russia tried to be friends with the EU, then the EU did not abide by the Minsk accord.

He gets so many things right, then misses the boat totally when he says Russia is a failed state, honestly, the West is isolated, not Russia

Russia developed new missile technology because the US/Nato moved military infrastructure closer to Russia's border and because the US cancelled weapons control treaties (ABM, INF, etc.). In violation of the Russia-Nato Founding Act of 1997, the US has based new missile systems in Poland and Romania. A US Dark Eagle Hypersonic Missile based in Ukraine has a flight time of 4 to 5 minutes to Moscow. Biden has refused to guarantee that US offensive weapons will not be based in Ukraine. Unlike Russia, the US has a first use doctrine and the Wolfowitz-Bush Doctrine of preemptive war. Viewed from Russia, this shows that the US tries to acquire the ability to launch a decapitation strike against Russia. Russia has to take measures accordingly.
In conclusion, nuclear Armageddon is only a matter of time, not if, but when.
