Dear Tom, I am writing from Italy, your videos are very well made as your detailed and honest reviews. You deserve a lot more from the UA-cam audience, you're definitely better than most of people here doing the same as you but with more subscribers. Keep going! Maybe some partnerships would give you more visibility. Thanks for your commitment
Hi Nicolamatricardi - Thank you very very much for your kind words. I do put a serious effort into them and consider how I will present each one. If there is anything different I can do I try to think of that too to make it more interesting. Honesty is very important to me and you will notice that I didn't really say anything negative about these lanterns and that's because there wasn't anything in reality. I don't just want to find something negative because most other reviews will do that. I love outdoor kit and still get super excited when I get something new and good (new tent due today!!!). UA-cam is tough building up subscriber numbers but I just have to be patient and keep creating more content. Coming up soon will be a new lightweight stove review and the new tent of course. Probably being too heavy on the retail therapy as I can't get out camping. I hope that you are safe and well and getting outdoors if you can. ATB. Tom
Thank you, yeah the lamp has so many features. You even can set it to come on in the morning and wake you up either with a bright light or you can fade the brightness too... ATB Tom
Hi Shamus and Petra - Yes you could also put it in red light flashing mode and attach it to Petras collar as well as lighting up your tent. Very adaptable and super bright. ATB thank you for your comments... Tom
I don't know how much sense it makes to pack an additional light source when you will be carrying a headlamp anyway. I guess it is a luxury item that some people will be willing to carry to make the camping part more comfy but it does not belong to my usual overnight needs (alpine climbing or extended routes). Great light though! Led Lenser means quality no matter which model you look at. Great video as well.
Hey thank you for your positive comments.. I totally agree with you regarding the extra light thing.. The ML4 is only about 70g I think from memory.. If I am going to use my headtorch as a light in the tent then sometimes I bring a power bank as depletion of the battery may not leave me enough power to get off the Mountain in the middle of the night if needed. That's one option I like to keep open.. So I kind of do it both ways, sometimes I bring it mostly in winter when spending longer hours in the tent.. Yes I really like Ledlenser and have been impressed with the quality of every single one of their lights that I have tested... ATB and thank you once again... Tom
Well... the USB-C can also be Waterproof and can come with a little cap to hold Sand and other dirt outside... In my Opinion everybody should use one Socket so that we as the customer don't have to carry a tons of cables with us around.
Good point Max. I totally understand where you are coming from. The ML6 and the ML4 even have different magnetic cables.... In the real world personal preference and always pros and cons as charging is completely sealed with these lanterns, and doesn't need a dust cap which can fail over the years or if not pushed fully home by accident. I appreciate your comments. ATB Tom

Hi Tom, this review was awesome, thank you! I'm leaning towards the ML6 Warm since it appears easier on the eyes at night, but I'm hoping it doesn't sacrifice too much performance.
Hi Christopher, thank you for your comments. The ML6 has a quarter inch thread on the bottom so most small tripods will screw straight into it.
