What a Lovely review! Thank you. I didn’t like the new look perfume, it smelt of church to me and the girls at Dior said the same. Nothing wrong with the smell of a church but not necessary what I would like to wear on me! All the new lip maximisers etc will be coming to the UK on 1 March.. I am waiting to get the ice blue one!
Interesting take on the fragrance - I get the church allusion. To me it is quite a 'cold' fragrance, cleaner than church/incense notes but I haven't made up my mind what I feel about it. There are some hilarious reviews on Fragrantica for this one!
The eye quint looks pretty but not sure it’s for me. I do have quite a few lip maximisers and like you wish there was a bit more oomph with them! I actually have quite a lot of their quints but don’t find myself using them very much. My Chanel seems to get far more use and I can’t put my finger on why. I don’t think the formula of Chanel is any better than Dior. I bought a couple of nail polishes at Christmas because I do really like their colours and wide brush. I have quite a long nail plate so it’s an easy one swipe per nail almost. I also like the new squared bottles. So much easier for storing.
I think the formula is different - I find Chanel generally easier/smoother to apply and, of course, Chanel don't really go in for 'toppers' or glitter shades. I use Dior's Soft Cashmere quite a bit but otherwise favour Chanel and Tom Ford over Dior eyeshadows.

I like the Dior palette, lovely colours, I’d love to see you use a couple of colours to see your technique (I know there are heaps of youtubers but its always nice to see different people do it their own way) 😊 I tend to use just one colour
I know what you mean I like Dior but never bonded with it like I did Chanel. I've bought alot of Clinique recently - the makeup is SO good and old school.

I might have a look at that blusher as I am very heavy handed when doing my blusher so it might work ! lol
It's very, very pale - I'm thinking it might actually look better on a dark complexion rather than blending into a pale one like mine.

I seldom use more than two for a day look - lid and crease/outer corner. I'm very basic.

I must investigate Clinique - I so hate their skincare that I never look at anything else!
