I once dreamed about dreamcore/weirdcore. It was a weird dream. I say “dream” because I actually liked it. There was this one man and I never saw his head before. He was really nice. We always stayed in this safe place and rarely go out. There is a lot of monsters chasing for us if we go out. If we did go out, the man would always keep me safe. When I had to wake up, I felt a bit upset. The weird thing is, the man knew when I was going to wake up. He said his last goodbye to me before I woke up. I just wish I can have the dream again.
I had the same experience, but with a bird, a crow, he would keep me from doing bad things to myself, (I did sh back then) But when I woke up, I remember not making the choice to, But having the strongest urge to just, Never breath again, Knowing that he would never be there to stop me. It was a scary chain of events but I miss that dream.
I find weirdcore comforting. I listen to songs or watch videos (like this), whenever I’m scared or feel scared. I like weirdcore for that reason. Not only do I like the aesthetic (it’s very pretty), but it also helps me envision a other world, a whole universe that I could live in, my own alternate reality.
