Furnace isn't bad. Stay warm!
Enjoyed this video, it's fun to see what our records are actually worth, thanks for sharing, Peace!
Thank you for checking out the video. Yeah it's kinda fun to list on ebay with auctions, as you just never know what something will sell for.
I enjoyed seeing what some records are actually selling for on eBay in 2024; it was educational. I'm in Canada where shipping cost is very high (no $5 media mail) and so I've decided I would only sell higher priced items online; the rest will be traded in. About a week ago, I brought in 80+ albums to my local go-to indie record shop; they had quite a backlog and are still assessing. Depending on what I get for them, it will likely help finance my RSD purchases next month or it will go to a used "big ticket" item that they recently got in that I have been monitoring and have long wanted. I have well over 1000 albums cataloged on Discogs but am entering a phase where like you, I am purging records; starting with a lot of thrift finds over the years that I do not listen to or need to hold on to and am trying to curate a collection of records I listen to most (the whole Pareto principle where I listen to 20% of my collection 80% of the time...not exactly but you get it). Thanks so much for the comment and sub. I have a Tironto record shopping video or two here. Yeah prices are all over the place. I put a few more records on ebay and those are doing ok.
you remember the band star star? their 1st album on cd name go go girls in love very rare i purchase it since two years ago for $ 150.00 now they remastered it its cost $40.00 just let you know! 😃👍
Hhmm, Star star doesn't ring any bells... sometimes reissues fir sure bring o.p. values down
selling rubbish and getting that sort of money ... wow
You should see what people pay for real rubbish like Grateful Dead and other 60-70s jam bands. To each its own I guess.
What are sales like for you?
Thanks for the heads up😊
