The fact that u HAVEN'T planned this out, makes it far more instructive for us. We wd not have a clue where to start either so by giving us ur mental processes it helps us to work things out, even if we end up doing it slightly differently 😊😊 thank u Rebecca ❤💖💝
yay! I "trayed up" my painting this week as well. All ready to go. I will be doing a Dreamer Designs canvas called Cutest of them all. It's a 60 x 60 Square of a gorgeous white cat. It will serve as my June waffle painting as well as my #dpforpets entry. When I setup my trays I always label them first in my preferred symbol order. I don't think I have ever set them up in rainbow order because I like to pick the tray that contrasts best with the drill color. You did great for the first time! For me the order must be Numbers, Letters, Keyboard symbols, dots circles, lines, lines with dots, triangles, squares arrows and miscellaneous. This order is memorized and automatic for my brain now so I can always find my symbols quickly. You did so great with the wash tape method. I think that's the first time I see you divide a canvas with wash. It took me a few tries to get it to work for me because I couldn't get the clear cover cut neatly. I kept making mistakes and got annoyed and went back to cover papers. Now I know that my problem was a dull blade. Its fun changing things up now and then. I think you will have fun with your tray setup. It looks so darn pretty!
Hi Rebecca sorry but had to laugh while watching ur video about dividing ur canvas up as jay was shouting at u saying do it 5 down, 6 across from the start 😂 then laughed when u decided to do it that way n then said told u so, bless him x
@ladydax4065 I think it was more funny in the fact he had worked it out so fast, I'm not used to him being quick with his math's. Just goes to show how much he has come on this last year in his schooling x
I'll be working on my Diamond Painting DE Josephine Wall 'Millenium Tree' picture with Paint Gem minis thrown in once in a while to give my brain a relax from the gajillion colors in the big picture.
Thanx Rebecca for going thro all the workings out regarding dividing up ur canvas. I had been puzzling how to do my Zesty Wolf 🐺 but now thanx to following ur calculations it is all done & ready for the off 😁😁😁

I usually just work along with whatever my current WIP is. Though I was moving last year, but I was still able to enjoy diamond painting through your videos. THANK YOU! I look forward to working on my second ever DAC square, Paint the Moon a 33 cm x 46cm (13" x 18").

Hi I loved watching you get ready while finishing up my WIP mystery painting from DAC. I decided to do Divinity from DAC for June waffle. I am excited to do a round after working on this square painting for awhile. I decided to use the app to choose my sections since I have never done that before. I always start bottom left, boring I know, lol.
I have kitted up a 40 x 40 (35 x 35). I have used the top paper just as you and labelled it 1 to 30. Its a round but have just realised it has a colour missing 3810 so now searching my spares. Found some so panic over.
Wow that's the first I have seen you use the cover sheet to section off! Go you! Lol I just do NOT trust myself not to cut my canvas because I am too heavy handed. I will be doing the Hummingbird painting from Fansells that you showed not long ago. Although I wondered if you saw the weird eye in the top left corner of the painting!? Creepy. I will figure out a way to do that part differently. I have some of the large pearl specials that might work. Also love your tray system! I've had mine from an Etsy seller for over a year, and I love it for confetti heavy paintings. My trays are all white, so I don't have the problem of seeing the drills in any of the trays. I can't wait for June Waffle🎉🎉🎉
I'm doing the cancer research ribbon 🎀 all sectioned off just need to kit up my diamonds, I go on holiday from the 10th til the 18th June so have taken those days out and numbered 1 -9 and 18 - 30 with 2 random I can do on a day I can do a bit more 😊 looking forward to the waffle 🎉 xxx
I will still be working on my HayDay painting which is 120*80 cm. I have started it in may last year, but I don't have much time to paint and I also skipped weeks when I didn't paint. So I still have to do the last part of 20*80 cm. Let's hope I will finish this painting in june. 🐱
May got away from me and I'm just kitting up my June waffle kit today 😅 I got ambitious and decided to do a HAED so I may not be able to do a random section a day 😆
Lol I’m not at all that organized!! You are amazing. I still don’t understand what you will do with the trays? I don’t do sections at all, I kinda pick a color and do that color till I’ve finished it or till I’m tired for the day. I’m interested in your frogress. 😊
I'll use a tray for each colour and then when a section is done any remaining diamonds will stay in the tray for next time. This saves me time taking diamonds in and out of trays.

Rebecca has said that ATM they are on a ship 🚢 heading this way & as soon as she has received them, we will be told when they will be launched 😊😊
