If you lose the sewage hose for the truck/hose is stuck, just drive away, save and reload your save. The truck will be reset. When I played My Summer Car, I actually kept the sewage truck in town and only serviced the nearest customers. Saves money/time on driving, risks and going to the disposal service. Also, your character will always have a place to sleep if stuck in or near town.
For anyone wondering why the electricity dictates the water working... If you're water is WELL water, you need a well pump to get the water out of the ground. Those hands pumps are manual well pumps, but in modern day, you have a nice electric one 😊 Thus, no _electricity,_ no *_water!_* 😉👍
