The live stuff is just epic. I saw them live this year and it's the best musical experience I've ever had. I didn't even know who they were. It showed up in my Facebook feed since I had seen some other kirtan acts and I figured it sounded different and I felt adventurous. ALL of the musicians are amazing. The new drummer is just off the hook. The chemistry is just jaw dropping.
I had a similar experience; I had heard of Simrit, but I hadnt listened to her and thought she would be along the lines of Snatam Kaur or Ajeet Kaur (both of whom I just love). I had a chance to catch both of her NYC shows last year;
Wow, I was floored, shes her own genre! Just amazing performances by all involved.
Enjoyed the NY shows so much I went to both nights in Grass Valley this past Oct. :)

I LOVED the concert last night at the Seaside Church in Encinitas.. what a fabulous vibration and voice from Smirit and the other outstanding masters of sound! Thank you for your gifts.
I was at the Encinitas show also Sunday night and I too was struck by the whole evening. It felt authentic in every way, pure and emotional yet grooving and hypnotic. Definitely impressed by the story she tells. We felt this music down deep.
We can only try to find comparisons but they fall short. The sensuousness and groove of Sade mixed with the spirituality of Deva Premal. Of course it is nothing like those two as well. The band grooves and yet it feels spiritual and present. The live show I saw had a real pulse of the heart in it. Great music and coming from humble authentic musicians.

Seeing Simrit live this year was one of the best experiences. She is such an authentic, healthy, and truly gifted human being.

Yes. I saw her in Vancovuer. When she walked out on stage I felt such a radiation of light and love penetrate my whole being. I was filled with such joy and love. You can see the purity in her face. Such a gift. She makes you want to be a better person.
We’ve organized an entire group to see Simrit and her band of amazingly talented musicians this November 6th 2022 @ The Troubadour in West Hollywood! We can hardly wait to be teleported into blissful Union with Wahe guru!!! Sat nam and see you soon, Simrit!!! 🤟🏽
