I never knew that utility made such a difference, once I started using smokes and lineups it’s made it a big difference but the only problem I run into is my team just going to random sights and not all pushing together lol. I’m around 5k elo though hopefully I get there
Yeah, it's tough for sure. I recommend learning more selfish utility while you're at lower elo (self pop-flashes, etc), and once you hit a level that your teammates understand how to play with executes, flashes, etc, then go for more team-based utility.
@@CS2Tactics any other things you recommend learning other than utility? will my aim and game sense just get better over time?
@@Cyamics That depends on how much time you want to put in. Aim is the easiest thing to improve, just get a warmup routine of 10-15 minutes before playing that involves shooting bots or DMing, and you’ll improve a lot faster. Retake servers or watching pro matches really help with game sense.
Movement is also key, learning proper counter strafing, etc, is extremely helpful.
I practiced my aim but cant win duels. And i was taching highlights and realized that i didnt care about strafing. Now im 10k from 5k
@@Ak47trnl Yep movement is super overlooked by newer players. Honestly, donk has some of the best combat movement I’ve ever seen and I think that plays a big role in his success.

I appreciate the time you put into these tactics. I have one personal preference, which is that I immediately disregard anything where the throw isn't a standard left click, or left click jump throw. I don't have the time or the memory to add in running jump throws, walking jump throws, middle click throws, middle click jump throws, or any other sub niche. If it's not throwable with a left or left jump throw, it's the wrong lineup. I go into a server and rework the throwing position, or the "dot on the wall" to aim at in order to get the same result.
There’s just so many great lineup positions that are only possible with a middle or run jump throw. I have two simple binds, a jump throw, and run jump throw bind, it makes all of these extremely easy to throw.

Wow i love these vids. As a father its pretty hard to find time to practice with a team. But this is exactly what i was looking for! I can totally be a igl if needed with these setups, i try to be more competent and a teammate solo online. I wana see more of this along with what ur teammate should be peaking first with the setup if possible

Some more util focused on setting yourself up for fights would be great. For example you showed the Mirage palace into shadow molly and the self flash lineup out of palace. Similar content but on other maps would be perfect

Just sad that everyone below 10k or so can be so oblivious about everything that they still will not properly take the site or get mowed down from behind because they have absolutely no idea what's going on

5:26 What does this mean? A left click right click jump throw. Nothing I try is getting that smoke to land on stairs.

Haha you will for sure blind yourself with that one, but it’s fine since it’s for your teammates. A W jump throw may work better though, let me know how that goes.

My "middle click" throws never look like yours. they dont go anywhere. hit the wall and dont make it over
I like this format. You should make one video like this for every map's B site and one video for every A site.
Because I have a dogshit memory so I like to watch these mid/pre game and it would be way easier to find the lineups I need. Then maybe one for mid on each map too.
You could do the same for CT on each site as well although I realize a lot of sites don't have crazy lineups for CT.

7:48 theres one easier. You jump the in top middle of the bench and aim just over the lamp (with your aim right above the little triangle there)
