- Skorid Fusion has come to an end and with it brings a new event to earn a Hero Soul For Skorid. This time its a Hero Path event which requires you to Summon Shards and Earn Artifacts. However, this is against a backdrop of the upcoming Asgard champions which are going to require summoning also. The question is therefore, is a Skorid Soul worth the shards and potential risks to upcoming events. Let's find out...

I mean sure, the early info on asgardians may have hurt participation for this event but I must say it is MUCH preferable to be get information earlier to be able to make an informed decision on how to spend the resources rather than fumbling in the dark, guessing what might come

there really isn't any reason to complain that they announce stuff ahead of time! + a bit of down time is well needed and this way its easy to find it.. otherwise people burn out and quit, so I disgree strongly that its a mistake of them to announce it early.. also if people have no shards and some crazy summoning event comes up, they'll just be like: "yeah, whatever", but if they almost enough shards to get it, they might be more tempted to get the few they are missing
I think it was misunderstood - It was more a comment that they kinda ruined their own event haha.

I like they gave us the info early. I think it should always be that way. It didn't change how i was doing things. I got Skorid but not going for the soul ... i did want to get a few of the rewards ... i pulled 2 sacreds and got Wallmaster on the second ... i stopped and that ended what i was doing for this path ... As always thanks for everything you do Saph!! You're a legend!!
Was 50 out from mercy on my voids, bought the eggs that were for sale and burned my voids. Picked up Acrizia on mercy so happy with my decision.

I think the main Plarium mistake here is the structure of the reward. It is too expensive to go for the 5 star soul. So I will not bother at all. But if it would be 3-4-5 star souls, I would probably spend some resources to take lesser soul.
Looking at these numbers, it just makes me think very poorly of Plarium. JGigs assertion that they actually hate the player doesn't seem so far-fetched right this moment.
It's for debate weather an indidual hated players. Plarium sees players as $ cows to be manipulated.
Plarium.. lets make a crazy cost so people will spend money.
Also Plarium: why aren't they spending money?
Really wish I watched this before going all in. Spent 6 sacreds, 6 primal and 20 voids and am trying to grind the rest out in dungeons. Already chewed through 8k energy and still need 20k more points.

I was close to void epic mercy pulled a few and got akemtum. Got enough for the soul coin stuff and that is it
skorrid was really underwhelming and so its nice that the path is an easy skip. if it was champ training and DD might be worth going for. but this is the year of POWER FUCKIN CREEP so im sure the asgard hunter will be even better for hydra
really makes no sense to have such overpriced crappy events like this for a five star soul with no way to get a 2-4 star soul as well.

Im sitting on 108 voids and 23 sacreds. I did the fusion but never intended to get the soul. I picked him up to hopefully speed up my demonspawn faction crypt, he can still do that job just fine soulless. Im expecting an summon event for a banger of a Asgardian champ (who will likely be bugged)
Skorid soul is way too expensive. They should have given us options to get lower level souls.
Also they never did a Shy'ek soul event, unless I missed something.

Whether I knew about the Asgardisns or not. I wouldn't spend 20 sacreds on a 5 star soul.
this event would cost me nothing, got 2 star soul few days ago, so just skipping all that

this event is definately a bait for not only primals but also the asgards im not doing any summons til asgards come.
Damn I already did half of the path. Should I finish it or skip it.
if you have skorid, and some how you have the crazy retarded amount of resources to get his soul.. then finish it. if you went that way on the path (that's what i would do.. trust me.. he's a HEAVY "very" nuker
I didn't care about the soul. I cared about Geomancer. Just moving into midgame and he would be a hard carry for months to come. All my ancient shards and all my gems for 88 ancients pulls. Got 3 rubbish epics. Maybe next time. [sigh]

I didnt have many shards so I pulled what I had except for primals. Not for the soul but to try and get geo, alas failed yet again.

Skorid just isn’t that good a champ for hydra. I do more damage with my +4 whisper on brutal than the CCs were with my perception Michinaki applying hex.
@russiantuba Skorid in a 6 pcs metciless set…disable his A3…with 6* crushing rend…and paired with your Michnaki applying Hex, will triple your “Whisper’s” damage, if not more!!!

Are u really commenting how Plarium messed up by announcing Asgard Divide too early? it just shows u people are gonna be way worse than Plarium, when it comes to f2p friendly games.
I said they messed up from their end technically because it demotivated people to go for this fusion soul

@KenAdams-mb9fw - You're also correct here. They've been offering very rewarding game modes and features recently. Prisms shards, high value events, new ways to earn rewards. But yes I always think on a dev level sometimes. It felt like this path was released just because we have to have an event for a soul now rather than it being something to get excited for

Dude im not critical of it - I was highlighting the reality that we probably dont go for it now because of asgard. Didnt say it was a good or a bad thing beyond - I expect many wont go for the event
Plarium is moronic, they dont give alot of us that are lower end players enough of a chance to get all the fusion champions required to get the epics needed to build these champions. I already knew I wasnt going to be able to get the fusion champion, but I thought id be able to atleast get the fusion epic, I was 1 fusion rare from being able to atleast get that epic, which would have majorly helped my team with the stupid spiders, but for some reason plarium didnt make any more events you could get any more of those rares for like the last 48 hrs the event was still live, plarium really needs help.
This game takes time. Focus on your clan boss teams. It will build your books and shards. I didn't get a leggo till like 5 months in, maybe a couple weeks before getting Scyl. It takes a couple years or lots of money to get good gear or you get lucky on your rolls
@@zachhaist6426 That's the problem. There are more games out there that are not as demanding and expensive as Raid so asking low spenders to keep losing and grinding so they can catch up to where high end were in a meta that is constantly getting more difficult to keep up with is building on a house of cards.
