I have probably seen this video like 25 times! thank you SOOOO much for all the information and detail in explaining the history and function of almost every element! Its difficult to find information on these coaches--and frankly--this has been the most informative video I have come across! PLEASE keep doing them!

Wonderful wonderful layout on this RV, amazing closet, and functionality! I’ll alway be a Debbie downer on not having a built in stove in a kitchen! Some of us like to cook, and You need both a microwave and a stove when preparing meals! Y’all need to think entertaining guests!
Great videos man ! It is great to see the RV with the slides in, but It would also be great to see the bedroom with the slides in !
Chris... This is my favorite configuration.. floor plan, exterior paint, furniture. My only change would be cabinet color. I would go with a lighter wood.

Thank for answering my question about why you need a dump on a steerable tag. I have seen diesel pushers buried to the axles several time just by people driving across soft ground. I prefer the new dining booth. I also prefer the Spartan chassis.

Funny he said Jeep. That was the first thing I thought of when I saw the rear for the first time. It looks like a giant Jeep. Beautiful coach with amazing features, top end fit and finish. These coaches are worth every penny. Or $100 notes in lieu of the penny.
Regarding the large pantry with pull out drawers/shelves, it looks like there is enough space between the drawers/shelves and cabinet walls for items to fall between during travel. Was this an optical illusion or is there more than a 1/2 of space there. I had a similar issue on my pull out shelves/drawers. To remedy this I added wire cages to each shelf/drawer. I was tired of all my little and light weight items falling down. As you know, once an item is removed everything else becomes loose leading to a jumbled mess when you open the door. It's worse on pull out pantries. As you pull it out a bunch of stuff falls to the floor. Manufacturers need to either add cages or reduce the space between the drawers/shelves to prevent items from flying all over the place. Another solution to keep items tight is to add adjustable dividers via slots in the walls of the drawers/shelves. I know you're not a Newmar representative. But you are a top selling dealer. They love dealer feedback and ideas. Please share this with them during your next chat with your sales rep. Or your next visit to Newmar..

Hi Chris, stunning motor coach. I don't have one yet but in the near future I want to get one. For the last nine months I have been looking at coaches and I think I might have one built to get all of the accessories I want. I'm looking at the Newmar King Air. I'll probably go with the longest you have in order to get the main features I want. I want to know if two full baths can be installed with one of the baths having a walk in bath tub with the shower combination? Also, I want two sofa's that turn into hide a beds with sleep number mattresses and the back folds up to watch t.v. without having to use pillows? I have several more accessories that I want but these are the two main one I'm looking at. Just remember, I'm not looking to buy yet, I'm just wanting to know if this could be done?

The floor is heated, induction cooktop can be taken outside... question: does the walk in closet has a door? Separating it from the bathroom?

Great video. I appreciate your taking the time! We're looking at 2018 Dutch Star 4310's. I went to your site but it looks like you don't have ANY 2018 Dutch Stars in stock. Glad you guys are doing well, you deserve it, but I still want to see a 4310 :) Any coming in that you know of?

Unfortunately, I do not believe that the 4310 bunk floorplan is one of them on order. However, we might still be able to do something for you on a 4310. I will not be in the market for an RV. However, I am starting to work out some designs for a tiny home, a trailer. I want to do the slide out rooms for extra space, but I have been told there are too many cons - not including the lack of space when they are closed. It has been a while since I had the conversation, but it involved something about wear and tear due to weight in regards to long-time living. What are the pros and cons to long-term living in a tiny home / RV TRAILER not bus with slide out rooms? Is there a way to offer them extra support?

Chris. I have a question / worry about the hot water faucet in the generator compartment. For those in the north where winters are freezing we are wondering if there is a shut off on that line to keep the water out of the section of tubing that is exposed to freezing?
Hi Pete,
There is a separate low point drain and shut off for this line. So ....No Worries!!
you might want t mention that in future vids.... BTW, I love your vids ( & RVs) and someday.... someday will buy my first... Retirement isn't too far away...

I've noticed that the higher end coaches have separate washers and dryers, is there a problem with the duel washers and dryers???
I'm guessing you're asking about the combo washer/dryer in one unit. My understanding is that they take a very long time to do a load, and of course you can't be drying one load and washing another at the same time. So they're not as popular as the separate units. I believe they clean about as well, though. So if you don't have space for both, this is probably an acceptable option for most people.

Hi Lee, Thank you for watching. Newmar is done taking orders for the 2018 model year, and we wont see the 2019 models until July/August at the earliest. They can only build about 10 a day and they have enough orders already in the system to complete the model year. I do have a couple of Dutch Star's in the system that we ordered for stock units months ago that I could customize to your specifications if you like. They would be here no later than June. You could also just buy this beautiful 4362 that is shown in the video as it is still available. Why no dishwasher?
R M dishwasher is a tough option, half the people want it, the other half prefer the 2 drawers. We never know what the next customer is going to prefer.
I do,like American motothomes for the outside, the comfort but why I never see an evil with modern furniture inside?
Wait! No ladder? How the heck are you going to get up and check on your roof? I would much rather have practicality over aesthetics any day of the week. That just doesn't go over well with me. I don't want to have to break a leg or anything else just to get up to the top of my rig. Newmar you can do better than this! You added an emergency ladder to the escape route, why not a ladder to the roof?
