the problem is the next smaller queue doesn't even start sometimes and you have to wait for another which fills to 20 before the first game ends

What are your Lunar Render Settings? Lunar only renders in 2 chunks for me in all directions even though I have lazy chunk loading off and my render distance is set at 16.
