I really hate the fact that some people are more prone to myopia even though they are not doing much near work. In lockdown, me and sister always in our home staring at mobile screens all day, even though my screentime was way less than her, i got -0.5, but her eyesight is perfect 20/20.
my eyesight was -1.75 and because of work load and less sleep it was worsening like it became -2.75. My Laptop text was getting blurry even with close distance. Then, i look at a vitamin website and somehow i found bottle of capsule containing 2 things "lutein and zeaxanthin." When it was delivered i take 1 capsule and on the very next day laptop was no longer blurry and 3 4 days my eyesight recovered like before it went back to -1.75. The bottle had 60 capsules i consumed more than 20. But it had no effect except the first 3-4 days. I was happy i bought that medicine it stop my eyesight from getting worse and recovered the eyesight that was lost within past 2 weeks. Just a note if your vitamin are okays your body will be a lot better. Never buy single vitamin always buy multivitamin tablet. A single vitamin tablet can harm you. For a good health make sure to FAST a week every 3 month. And also consume green vegetables. Eat salad. A lot of vitamin and rare ingredient are in them. People who live in mountain have better eyesight. When i goto my village my eyesight gets better. A lot better. Vitamin D is a lot more important than you think.

I noticed it during the time when I made a social media break and went outside a lot during spring. Mu eyes felt like they were getting worse (it was blurry even with my glasses on), so I went to the optician and my eyesight, instead of being worse got better. So my glasses have gotten "too strong" even tho they fit ok before.

I was at the ophthalmologist again. It's already second one...she told me the same thing: it's not possible to change the size of eyes and reduce the diopters. THERE ISN'T ANY SINGLE SCIENTIFICALLY PROVEN CASE. 😢
Well I guess all our patients are lying about their experience and the objective eye exams (done by other docs on our patients) that show the change in their visual acuity. The fact is that reality in any instance is unaffected by third party pessimism. Hi there, it really is more about letting the eyes focus on more distance objects than it is about light. Doing things up close simply correlates with doing things inside therefore not being exposed to sunlight. That is why the studies find that doing things up close is bad. But it's really about the sun.
Sunlight will severely limit eye spasm if close up is involved, more light=less strain, so in a way, yes but mostly no, she is correct, it is the distance vision

It’s the worst place to be. You aren’t myopic enough but also not clear vision. I’m 20/70. It feels like LASIK isn’t worth it.

You should take ICL surgery
LASIK surgery man just trust u won’t feel any pain because they will use anesthesia on you and secondly it only takes like 30 minutes
Try endmyopia. I had - 10/-9 with astigmatism. Went down 1 diopter.

I think I might be curing my myopia with a lizard uvb lamp (2m distance) and microdose melatonin eyedrops. In the morning my eyes are getting sharper. Not conclusive

I heard exposure to sunlight can prevent myopia
Hi there, it really is more about letting the eyes focus on more distance objects than it is about light. So for a person who works on close up things going outside or looking out the window at the distance can help prevent or mitigate against myopia. We did make a video about this fairly recently. Doing things up close simply correlates with doing things inside therefore not being exposed to sunlight. That is why the studies find that doing things up close is bad. But it's really about the sun.
Sunlight will severely limit eye spasm if close up is involved, more light=less strain, so in a way, yes but mostly no, she is correct, it is the distance vision
