It’s pretty BUT when I’m at Mass beholding Christ on the cross is so powerful. Will there be a substantial crucifix on the altar? Children especially need to see this reality clearly on the altar.
I can’t believe this massive cathedral was built for only 41 million dollars. They must had had a lot of volunteers working, too, The Arch Dioceses spent 187 million to build a big ugly shell of a church in Los Angeles over twenty years ago, so even accounting for a different location inflation would have driven The Immaculata up to 240 million.
