5:15 as an amazon warehouse worker I see an opportunity to share some knowledge that is unfortunately drilled in my brain. You are not using the correct grip. You should have your right hand under the box on the right corner closest to you and your left hand on the front of the box top corner. You also have to hold the box in your “power zone” which is from your pelvis to your upper chest. The way you are holding the box is causing your smaller muscle groups to work harder making the box seem heavier than it is. You are not weak that box weighed approximately 70 lbs to your body the way you were holding it. In your power zone with proper grip will make that box a breeze!
