Apparatus dew point and impossible process

Certain cooling/dehumidification processes are not possible by simply passing moist air through a cooling coil. Every process that is possible by passing moist air through a cooling coil has an apparatus dew point (ADP). This video explains the concepts.

Why ADP is important ? What is ADP effect on the system ? By increasing or decreasing ADP we have noticed changes in cfm, how does it matters ? How CHW i/o temp effects ADP ? I have doubts related to this , can you please explain all these things properly in easy and understanding way ? Thanks alot.
