I am doing more productive things in my life right now (have a UA-cam channel, starting a clothing brand, make music) and I still have been playing games. The difference is that I used to play like 6 hours of games and now I play like 2 or 3
I’ve been watching you for a few years now and no matter the amount of subs it always feels like this very „small“ community - in a good way. You could have 5 million subs and still not change and I think that’s what makes this channel special.
Think of it this way. If you died tomorrow, would be satisfied? What about a year from now? What about 10 years from now? Try to do things that mean you’d be satisfied at all 3 of these points. Play games and enjoy life but do things to also benefit your future.
He didn’t say to be a sloth, just every now and then find the time to enjoy yourself, and don’t overindulge if it cuts into the main aspects of your life.

I haven’t implemented it yet, who knows if I will, but I feel a lot better when I don’t watch them. I’ve found the best self improvement is when you choose to do it and not because you feel forced and bad for not.
