Who else want the Lummingmechs to come back , not as a formers or ruinos . But as themselves. There could even an argument that Halpha its a secret vault of them 😅
Honestly this fight could have easily been a Story expansion as a trial for the Player Guardian in preparation to fight Vael. The 1000 year old PTSD would trigger a total recall
they should keep this as a standard quest even if we have to do the whole Elmir 5 day a limit thing (cuz geez it drops decent augments i can see them being like but but we cant just free run it)

I did searched the vault, it was at the North Gate near the Quarters where some man is hiding from his wife at Central Town
