Mare atentie cand cumparati brandul Studio Casa. M-am pacalit groaznic cu o masina de tocat rosii foarte scumpa si care promitea marea si sarea. A functionat jumatate de ora iar materialele sunt de cea mai proasta calitate. A ajuns direct in service iar client service-ul Studio Casa este mizerabil. Cand o fi gata o sa vad daca o mai tin sau ajunge direct la gunoi. La Studio Casa nu gasesc nici o solutie. Au externalizat cred call centerul iar cei care raspund sunt absolut inutili. Plus ca de abia vorbesc romaneste.
Per ansamblu e un brand de care trebuie sa ma feresc.
