Thanks. I had a mishap last weekend and put the machine on it’s side. I was very glad I’d used the pins. 4 of them either broke or pulled out when we rolled. I really think the way the machine ended up, the metal hardware would have ripped holes in my plastic. The flares stayed in place mostly and once we uprighted it I put in new pins in under a minute and kept on riding. They are fantastic at keeping the mud out of there.
@@atcdan133 just got my chase light bar installed from RLB. Man, what an easy set up! I won't be riding until next weekend. Dealer adjusted my shift cable for popping out of gear issue. Next Saturday will be a good test if it's fixed. 🤞
AJ just told me the push pins can be pushed out and the liner can come out while riding. Have you had a chance to take it out and ride with them. I just used push pins also
@@mothgrey9748 Yes, funny thing, I screwed up yesterday and rolled it. 3 of my push pins came out when that happened because the flex on the body. The pins ripped apart. It made me wonder if I’d had metal hardware on there if it would have ripped the plastics apart since it would be weaker than the metal. The liner didn’t come out. It just pulled the side and bottom pins out. That was 10 minutes into the day. I put new pins back in and rode 30 more miles on all types of terrain and they stayed in fine. My fender flare in the front also popped out a few pins when I rolled it. I’d much rather have that happen than potentially a big hole in my plastic
I went on a pretty muddy ride last weekend. They did the job as advertised. I pulled one off after just to see and there was hardly any muddy overspray behind them.
How have your push pins worked instead of the self tappers and bolts? Any problems? I think I’d like to use your way to install..thanks for any information or updates!
They have worked great. In fact, I rolled it once after and a few the push pins popped out when it flexed hard. I think if it had been screwed in, it would have ripped the plastic. I’ve been on some pretty intense rides in TN and no issues. I keep extra push pins just in case too.
Great explanation and video. I like your idea of utilizing the push pins instead of screws.

Push pins for the win!
Definitely going to look into those. Was thinking of putting something in there too keep mud out. It's pure hell cleaning in that area!
For sure. I’ll find out tomorrow how they do.

That was on my passenger side. The drivers side is totally secure. My future plan to prevent this is to not tip the machine on it’s side again. 😂
Great video, yes mud is a pain in the ass getting in there, thanks for sharing

Are those rock knockers or rokblokz how well do they fit with trailing arm guards? Thanks! Also Thanks for the video!
They are rokblokz. They fit fine. They screw onto the sway bar mount so the skids don’t affect them.

How about a review of the underfender kit.
You mean like an update on these or are you talking about something else?
Are you satisfied with these liners? Are they durable? And does it keep most of the mud out? Any information would appreciate it! Thanks!
